There’s the Catholic Church, and approximately 30,000 Prostestant denominations. How anyone could be convinced that there’s is the only one that’s right, and everyone else is going to hell, is beyond me. For instance, let’s say the Methodist Church is the closest to what God wants. I’m still sure that many Baptist, Catholics, Assembly of God, etc, etc, will be going to heaven. Speaking of The Bible, some of these ‘new’ versions are so far off it’s scary. I can see the difficulties in translating Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek to English, but translating old English into new, shouldn’t have been a problem.

Happened over Vidor way today, so drove by the stadium. I’m not sure of the process in this new artificial turf technology, but the grass is gone. I saw dirt on the field, but don’t know if it’s artificial, or regular dirt. Didn’t see anyone working. Perhaps they planted artificial grass and they’re waiting for it to sprout? If the artificial turf contractor takes all the money, but doesn’t finish the job, is that called artificial insemination?
