Al Gore is the most prominent Flim-Flam man in history (except L. Ron Hubbard). What a lick. I love the way Greg Bostwick rolls his eyes when they start talking Polar Vortex. Imo, The Weather Channel could hire Greg and fire all their prognosticators. Been watching him since he was a pup. Best in the business for my money.

Couple of times I saw him this summer, he was unselfish to a fault. His play epitomizes Team.

Dallardsville Big Sandy 86 Brookeland 42/FINAL
Hagar replied to WOSgrad's topic in High School Boys Basketball
Down in current 2A, the words Dallardsville Big Sandy strikes fear in hearts. This game just a warmup for Jan 9th. -
Another win for these Bobcats. Congrats!

A lot of house fires. I'm no expert, and know nothing about electricity, but I have a friend who's home flooded. He use to do electrical work, so he re-wired his home. He said the paper inside the wires was still wet. You have to wonder, are all the wall plugs safe? Your heater? Just be careful out there. If any doubt, get an expert.

I've been convinced the legal system in DC is a stacked deck for any Repubs or conservatives. This report of the DC Grand Jury confirms my fears. [Hidden Content]

I guess I'm to blind and slow to see all that stuff. I'm usually one pass behind, much less seeing things like that. Again, thanks for the clarification.

Thanks for the clarification guys. Still a lot for me to learn.

I'd prefer an unbiased opinion Actually, the conundrum I was in, since a bunch of fans were hollering at the Refs, I wanted to holler but didn't know enough to get that little bit of joy lol

Saw a similar thing happen. Perhaps you can help me understand the call. First, clock not a factor. Team A player shoots a three, which he makes. After he shoots, a foul (or 3 sec violation) is called on another Team A player. Shot was not allowed. Many fans of Team A said the foul whistle was after ball went thru basket (I can only say it was very close). So, if the whistle was after ball cleared hoop, it's good? But whistle prior to that no-good? Seems weird I've never seen this happen before. Guess it doesn't come up often.

Just read this & thought it'd give y'all a good New Years laugh. The Russian maid, Anna, had just ask the wife of the family for a pay raise. The wife was very upset about this, thinking Anna was well compensated, so they sit down so she could talk to her about it. She ask, "Now Anna, why do you want a pay raise"? Anna replied, "Well Ma'am, der are tree reasons I want a raise. Da first reason is I'm cleaning better dan you". Wife: Who said you're cleaning better than me? Anna: Your husband say so. Wife: Really? Anna: The second reason, I'm a better cook dan you. Wife: Don't talk nonsense. Who said you cook better than me? Anna: Your husband say so. Wife, increasingly angry: Oh he did, did he. Anna: And the third reason, I am better with sex than you in the bed. Wife, really boiling now, through gritted teeth ask: And did my husband say that as well? Anna: No Ma'am, da gardener did. Wife: Oh, so how much do you want?

The BB gun wars were a no-no in my youth. It was one of the endless Commandents written on my Dads sacred belt. There were some wood ants (big black ants that didn't sting but would bite you with their mandibles) around and I spent hours shooting them from about 12' away. When old enough (13?) me & next door neighbor were allowed to take our Dad's 22's out in the woods and shoot them, which we did so often my right ear barely functions lol. I did get the expert badge for shooting while at Ft. Carson. Practice made perfect. Between my eyes and the old age shaking, I couldn't hit an elephant from ten feet now

Anyone that follows Al Gore is a prime candidate for Scientology. I'm of the opinion that Gore is a beta unit planted here by aliens (kinda like Data) who are sitting in their UFOs laughing their behinds off. Maybe they film all this stuff and show it on the home planet as reality TV. How freaking embarrassing is that?

And speaking of the FBI, we all know what kind of trouble you can get into for lying to them. Well, maybe most folks, but there are a select few who can. [Hidden Content]

Tenaha Holiday Hoops/Post updates here
Hagar replied to AggiesAreWe's topic in High School Boys Basketball
I looked at Maxpreps & it showed 3 losses, but one of them had to have score reversed. It was against Paradise, a 3A with only 3 wins, in Lipan. That flunks the credibility meter test. -
May be lol. Interesting, #1 is 490 reported in Ca. Only 112 in Tx. Doubt I see any for the next 7 nights - brrrrrrrrrrr

Only 4,655 UFOs reported in 2017. That's down about a 1000 from 2016. Rats. [Hidden Content]

I admit I had grown tired of her misuse of the word monolithic. -
Man I look at all these Xboxes and electronic games kids have today, and wonder. They're pretty awesome. But sometimes us old folks start thinking about the old days when he/she was a kid. The games do a lot of the things we did. They kill bad guys (and good guys best as I can tell, which we didn't do), but they do it in front of a TV, and it's all visually there - no imagination required, nor physical activity. I, with my trusted cap pistol, killed many old west outlaws. My dad had acquired a German bayonet & scabbard. I slew countless Romans and enemies of King Arthur while running around the castle (house). When the other boys were over, there was baseball on the West side of the house. Home plate just north of a big hickory - first by an oak - second by driveway (dirt) and 3rd by garage. And a real fence by the road. When we got older, had to start using plastic bats & balls. Football on the east side of house. Raining, NP, we had Monopoly, vibrating football, and if no company, the endless fun of the rubber (eventually plastic) toy soldiers. And I got to thinking, which would I prefer to grow up in? I'd take the old days, but I doubt any kid today would. I've no idea why - why I pick the old, & kids today the new. I've an advantage, I've played both. Kids today have no idea about physically running a sword through half a Roman Legion. And few no the dangers of, "you'll shoot your eye out".

Lot of poo coming out. Here's an opinion that speculates it wasn't the Russians who meddled in the election, but our own FBI. Based on the morality of the left (or lack of) it would no longer surprise me. [Hidden Content]
