Have a most interesting incident in my youth, and didn’t realize it at the time. I had one sister. She was six years older than me. When she was a young teenager, probably about 14 or 15, she was big on cosmetics & perfume. So it’s Christmas, and I wanted to get her something nice with my limited funds (having blowed my allowances on a baseball, BB’s, Comic Books). I think she liked White Shoulders, but whatever it was way out of my funds, even the minuscule bottles she bought. But while walking through Kress’s in Beaumont (equivalent of a Dollar General), lo and behold, I see a bottle, about a quart size, for almost nothing. I was so excited. She paid an astronomical amount for those tiny little things. Man I thought this was the best present ever. I was so excited when she opened it. I couldn’t keep the cost it a secret and blurted out - I got all that for just ??? (Whatever the price was). To my sisters credit, she acted excited about it. It was years later before I realized my snafu. And the sewer system smelled better for a while. 😂😂😂

This meme explains how economics work. It ain’t rocket science. It has a picture of a woman with her mouth wide open in disbelief. At the top: SHE VOTED TO RAISE TAXES ON RICH PROPERTY OWNERS Underneath her picture: CONFUSED WHY RENT WAS RAISED! We have a similar scenario coming. Dems want to raise Taxes on Corporations. The Corps are not going to lose money, so what happens? Simple, they raise the price of their goods - and we pay. Sounds great - Tax them, but like most things, John Smith ends up paying. It really isn’t rocket science.

As an avid supporter of Kamala, it’s refreshing to see this site showing her in a positive light. What an inspiration she is. I want to thank @Unwokefor this revealing post. 😂😂😂👽👽🤣👽👽😂😂😂

Anyone know who Vidor scrimmages in first week? Got WOS in second week action but don’t know who in first.

In this era of everyone having a pass happy offense, many don’t realize the impact of a Slot T team losing their top two RB’s. Be the equivalent of them losing the QB & top receiver. In most of todays offenses, the RB’s are small blockers or secondary receivers. Losing the two top Offensive players and the Head Coach being rushed to the Hospital right before the game would cost any team. Still, cest la vie.

And the icing on the cake - DC is a Sanctuary City. C’mon Mayor, if you’re going to talk the talk, walk the walk. You’re sitting up there, almost 1,800 miles away feeling all magnanimous, talking 🐂💩 but when it’s dumped in your front yard, BAM. Now it’s call in the National Guard. Yep, probably should - to round up you & Biden’s Administrations and the 535 Clowns in Congress. Bowser? Sounds like a mixed breed dog.

World Economic Forum Calls For End to Private Car Ownership!
Hagar replied to Reagan's topic in Political Forum
Similar to EV’s. They preach about EV’s saving the planet, but all of them (that I know of) have gasoline powered vehicles. Why? Because they want to get where they’re going. If you live in a city and make short trips, an EV is find. If you want to drive across Texas, you’re 💩 out of luck. If you want to drive from one county to another in Texas - same same. I wonder if these WEF Loons have an idea how folks in small towns get to other places if they aren’t allowed to have a car? Is a low IQ a requirement for being in the WEF? Climate Loons - Economic Loons - Gender Loons - Culture Loons - Loon Loons. Where did all these Loons come from? I’ve certainly some suggestions where they can go. -
Speaking of genders, which we weren’t, lol, I’ve often heard females saying men are responsible for wars and so many deaths, perhaps females should be in charge. What could I say? Sounded valid. But wait, was watching a documentary tonight and found that in one particular instance females were responsible for 50% of the deaths in the whole world. That means that one female killing someone makes that gender the leading killers. Now we’re all aware of Lizzy Borden killed her parents so BINGO, females are the biggest killers. Btw, the one instance, the female mosquito is the only one that carries malaria, which accounts for 50% of all deaths in the world. Take that you feminist Nazi’s. 😂😂😂👽👽🤣👽👽😂😂😂

And that history lesson was the reason for my post. I watched the Pirates face that for years. Saw a booster of a 5A-D1 team talking about being the smallest school in their District. I think the break for D-1 is only about 300 total. While his team was the big dog in 5A-D2, having 3 to 5 hundred numbers advantage, numbers was no big thing. Now his team is 150 smaller - Oh goodness, we’re so small. Lmbo - Cest la vie.😂👽😂

Missed this post. Lady confirms how uninformed (mentally ill?) Far Left Loons are. Here’s a few simple questions for them. Can we make it rain in drought areas? Can we stop rain in flood stricken areas? Can we make Hurricanes dissipate - heat waves disappear - cold fronts warm up - and on, and on, and on. Based on the obvious answer to the above - NO - then tell us dear lady, if we can’t manipulate those relatively minor things, How in the cornbread hell are we suppose to change the climate for the whole planet? Is the planet warming? Probably is. Even a cursory look at historical climate data shows that the climate is always changing. Always has, always will. There’s quite a few reasons why and none of those reasons involved Fossil Fuels or MMGW. So what should we have learned? What these Loons want to do is a “knee jerk reaction” to a long term reaction by Mother Nature. What will the results be of their futile efforts? Global economic disaster and tens of millions of deaths from famine. Pretty much follows the Georgia Guidestones.

On a positive note, most all of us remember our first love. Not bragging, but she was a beauty and built for speed. She was a red 1964 Plymouth Fury with a 383ci engine & 4 barrel carburetor, rated at 330HP. She had push button automatic. When racing, right down past, what was then Don’s Seafood (now Floyd’s), I’d shift to second at about 60 and at 95 go to third. Never got it maxed out on the top. Back then a raised front end was “the thing”. Early one morning between Vidor & Beaumont I decided to let the big dog eat. At what I suspect was 135 (speedometer only went to 120), I realized the front tires were only on the road about every 300 feet or so. I developed instant constipation and reined in the big dog. Suffice it to say, were I to hit a big lottery, someone would get a nice paycheck rebuilding me a 1964 Plymouth Fury. Hot diggity dog, I’d love to feed the big dog one more time. And as John Rich sings, stick your “Progress” where the sun don’t shine.

Funny how some event that seems insignificant now, could’ve been a life changer. In boot camp at Ft. Polk we were out in the sticks on a force march. We took a lunch break, and I was sitting, leaning against a tree, eating the last of thrown together lunch. Heard a commotion and saw a group moving around laughing. One guy had picked up, what I assume was a king snake. He was going around scaring people and his minions were laughing. Now I have snake phobia, and was hoping they didn’t come toward me. I also was not fond of being the butt of this joke. Sure enough, here they come. All the grins had my anger at max. I pulled out my bayonet as they got to me. I told him if he come any closer I was going to stick that bayonet thru his belly into his spine. All the grins disappeared and they went off to someone else. At the time, I meant it. Thank the Good Lord he didn’t call me. I could’ve ended up in prison for the rest of my life - over a silly incident. One of the dumbest moments of my life.

Ned is at a disadvantage in the numbers game. Been my contention forever that 5A-D2 has too big of a numbers gap, and Ned is one of the cellar teams. You can pop a good season every so often, but to confront it consistently is a long row to hoe. Jmo

Song about wokeism from John Rich. Now that I’m retired I don’t listen to music (country) anymore. Just found out this one zoomed to #1. After listening to it, I see why (stick your progress where the sun don’t shine, 😂). Hope you take a few minutes and listen to it. [Hidden Content]

Glad they missed. You’re a veritable well of knowledge and insight most of us have been shielded from. A big thank you for sharing it with us.

Ironic. I thought I might be the only one with this opinion. They’re so scared of Trump there’s no limits to what they’ll do to keep him out. It’s ridiculous for me to believe it, but that’s how bad things are. The fact things are this bad is the reason we need Trump, but after that 81 million FUBAR in 2020, I just can’t see how he could possibly win. If he got 81 million votes, the Dem (whomever it may be) would get 83. Just a reminder of the quote attributed to Stalin, “It’s not the people who vote that count, it’s the people who count the votes”. Whoever actually said it is immaterial. The 2020 results confirm the validity of the statement, and if Trump runs, the counters will elect the Dem.

In my youth there was a poem that we thought was humorous. As I think of it now, it was foretelling the current problem Democrats have with genders. Mary had a little sheep With this sheep she went to sleep She did not know it was a Ram Until Mary had a little lamb.

Republicans Have 10-Point Lead on Generic Congressional Ballot!
Hagar replied to Reagan's topic in Political Forum
Seems like a big margin but looking at the results of the Dems controlling Congress, I’m surprised it’s not larger. These last two years have to rank as possibly the two worst years in our country’s history. Imo, the two worst in my 76 years, but I’m not all that familiar with the ones prior to my birth. No doubt in my mind, these folks in control now would kill a pet rock. -
[Hidden Content] Per Kagan, “Court May lose legitimacy if it ignores Public Opinion”. So Elena, is that what rulings should be based on, Public Opinion? Forget the Constitution? The same document you’ve sworn to uphold? Or did you forget about that? What idiot nominated this idiot to the SCOTUS? Oh yeah, I remember. If y’all remember, several Democrats in high positions have questioned the Constitution recently. That should concern all Americans, regardless of political affiliation. In fact, if it doesn’t concern you, you’re extremely uninformed, and are yourself a threat to America’s future.

All the best on recovery. The name, Covid, Flu, Bronchitis - they all make you feel miserable. My remedy, a big, rare, ribeye - but that’s my remedy for everything. 😂👽😂

You’re correct. And yes, treasonous people in high positions. No doubt, they care more about their bank account than they do America.
