It's a miracle. Someone in the media (of course not Mainstream) is calling out the Left and the MSM for what's happening. Let me put it in plain English for those on the far left: Say we're all driving down I-10 going to Houston. Speed limit is 65 mph. If all the Police took the day off, how fast would we be going? Most, including me, would be doing between 85-90, because we can! So, no attacks, by either side. Even with a Dem (maybe Dim in this case) Mayor, they kept the peace. So please someone tell me why they can't/won't do this in California or in Charlottesville? Is this the result of Obama and the Dems turning our military into a social experiment? I don't know, but when you take a new warship out with all the radar & electronics they have now, and run into a 600 foot oil tanker, you don't need to be in control of a rubber ducky in a bathtub. Could this be the result of Sexual activity on the bridge of these ships (man/woman, man/man, women/women it/it). Well, I'm just to inquisitive. The story in my original post about a dad writing it to his son is wrong. Though now associated with the Irish, a Limey (Englishman to you young folks), Frederic Weatherly wrote it, to a different melody. His Irish born sister in law, in America, sent him a copy of it to an old Irish tune. Weatherly liked it so much he modified the lyrics to fit the rhyme and meter. He even had a version for men to sing, substituting Eily Dear, but alas, Danny Boy is the only one sung now. It's thought of as a Parent to his son going off to war, because of, "the pipes, the pipes, are calling, from glen to glen", but no one knows for sure.
