One more weird thing at SWR. They have a 6” hole drilled. Next day send a remote camera in - only goes 3 or 4 feet before it runs into a round rock almost the exact same size as the hole. Wasn’t there before. IT has struck again. I can rattle on because this show & SWR is fascinating. Travis, in an interview, said he’d never seen a UFO prior to joining this show. So as a NASA Scientist, he’s fascinated by all the UAP/UFO he’s seen at the Ranch, and they’ve repeatedly video them. Based on the previews we’ll see another next Tuesday. That’s one Big Rocket they’re shooting up. Where it goes is another mystery.

Thanks for the info. I’m a warm red center guy, which only takes a few minutes on the grill. When cooking beef ribs, I coat them with bbq sauce for a while before cooking. Get grill HOT and the sauce creates a good char without overcooking the inside. My son & I are the only two that like them this way, so when whole family is together, it turns into a balancing act, lol. Others like pink center except SIL who likes his meat done (sacrilege).

It is ironic, but all I can figure is the bone adds esthetic value. I prefer boneless, but that long bone adds a caveman look. And yes, I’d prefer slapping it over charcoal or open flame. Livingston seems to always fly under the radar. Never sure what the Lions are going to come up with. Splendora usually plays an extremely weak non-District schedule. Come into District play last year at 4-1. Ended the season at 4-6 (winless in District). So scratch those two but the remaining four are one miscue away from losing any of those three games. That’s what makes this District so exciting/interesting. Most Friday nights during District play there’ll be at least one game with the playoffs at stake. And look how close we are guys. HS Football & cooler weather. It just doesn’t get any better. 😄
