One other point since this thread will certainly become more pertinent if Hillary wins. Some of you may not be aware but the US has three electrical grids. The Eastern, Western, and Texas. Yes, almost our whole state is on a separate grid from the rest of the US. Was that by chance or as I would like to think, foresight?

Maybe someone can explain something that has had me puzzled for years. During the 1930's depression to assist the able bodied to feed their families, the WPA & TVA were created to give them jobs to Earn money, and keep their dignity. So my question is, now why do we give able people welfare, food stamps, WIC, and other assistance for doing nothing? Why aren't the able bodied required to work and earn the money? You could fill this Forum with the accomplishments of the WPA & TVA. Why do we waste money on those who can, but don't have to (want to). There's so many things they could do to improve our country, plus I'd hope regain some pride and self respect

Somewhere, somehow, I've fell out of the mainstream. I started feeling like a stranger when people watched and talked about reality shows like Jerry Springer. Couldn't believe folks aired their dysfunctional lives, and that people actually enjoyed watching it. Now it's in our political debates. Yep, the river is flowing and I'm hiding out in a bayou.

After reading the article saying how Mrs. Reagan restored elegance to the White House, it's sad to see the current occupants show so little class. Just another example of how this man never ceases to amaze me.

I agree with her stacking the deck. As Chairwoman of the DNC she is the Head Puppetmaster of all elected Democrats I saw part of an interview with her and M. Kelley on Fox. To me she comes across as a cold hearted person who has her own beliefs that will not be influenced by facts or proof. I wonder if she was dropped on her head as a child? Can't imagine what would happen to a Dem who didn't obey her directions.

Bernie and Hillary are both Socialist (Bernie admittedly), which IMO makes them fools. They don't have to act. Also, has anyone ever wondered why the Democratic Party only had 3 contenders, and one of them a zero? Out of all the Dem politicians only three? Anyone have an idea?

Sadly, I worry about many politicians Christianty, including our President. I'm also certain most are bought and paid for in some fashion. I'd be curious to hear why you would say that about Cruz.

One thing I've learned watching the Evadale girls this year, never underestimate the power of having 10 good players. In our run to the Regional Semi's, by the 4th Qtr several teams were struggling. Well I'll cement my reputation for being a conspiracy theorists with this question. Do any of you think that Trump was encouraged to run by his Democratic friends? And before any of you write me off as a nut, do a little research on the number of times our Govt has lied to us. I use to trust them too.
