not trying to be critical, but were you there?? because central din not give that game away in no way whatsoever the missed 25 yard field goal that hit the scoreboard was imo the deciding factor in the game not tryin to put the kicker down, buy he shanked it terribly i also was completely disgusted by the option call on 3rd and goal from the 11 (which set up the missed field goal) you DO NOT try to run option on central, too much team speed on the defensive side over there and to add to that, it wasn't even a power option, it was speed option..... i just don't see why refs can't officiate games smoothly and fairly for both teams in every game, its such a simple philosophy... you see a penalty, you call it, if you don't see a penalty, don't make something up... for instance on the first onside... we were called for an offsides penalty... none of our guys were even near being offsides... and the ref threw the flag AFTER we recovered it... i am in no way blaming this on the officials.. i just think it could have been called more fairly

ohhh the penalties... dont even start on the nonexisting penalties... 1 of which took away a fumble recovery for us on centrals 30 yard line, and another that took away an onside kick...

dont even start wuith the luck, i heard it throughout the first 2 games of course you would say go for 2 cuz the pat was blocked, but would you rather tie the game and go into ot knowing that your team has all the momentum and are playing at home or risk losing on a 2 point conversion

I wonder, has Vidor had anymore problems with that scoeboard since that game? just wondering fail to see the humor? sorry, pet peeve also i don't know about the scoreboard i do know that it got pretty messed up during rita... not sure about the wiring... also, both coaches agree on the refs, and i was not at that game, but i do believe that vidor gets a bad rep about anything that goes wrong at pirate stadium you dont see all of us on the forums crying about the bogus holding call last year on us in the png game at our stadium that cancelled out a touchdown pass that would have won us the game... no hard feelings, and let the best team win

this is a good thing to teach, but the fact is, the outcome of a game can be determined by referees i have 2 examples here one of a good ref that made a bad call, and one of a notoriously bad ref lets get to the bad guy first ex.1 Tim Donaghy you all remember him the nba ref that was caught gambling on the outcome and point spread of games he admittedly... and i quote "made up fouls to change the point spread or outcome of the game" ex.2 Ed Hochuli everyone knows about this by now, if not, get out from under your rock this happened when the san diego chargers played the denver broncos: Denver quarterback Jay Cutler dropped back to pass, the ball slipped from his hand and a San Diego player recovered. But Hochuli ruled it an incomplete pass. He later admitted it was the wrong call. Denver retained possession, scored a touchdown and then won with a successful 2-point conversion. Ed answered all of his emails and was very sorry that he made that call

Its a good thing Vidor don't play Kirbyville because yall would get stomped! we tied wos... we would crush kville If I remember right Jasper beat Nederland and PNG. and who beat Jasper.............how about them wildcats!!! The fact is Kville is not just a ordinary 2a. They would most likely make playoffs in that 4 a district if not win it. Try making playoff in this decade before opening your trap. As for the WOS vs Kville it would be a close game. If WOS played the way they did against Vidor, Kville would blow them out!!! Kville wouldn't win the 3a or 4a district...You'll have proven repeatedly you'll couldn't win in the district with WOS. ^ what he said :-)
