yes ya'll have been farther than us...but i still believe that losing that many starters could hurt...i believe we only lost 3 starters from last year...and we're hungry to go farther this year...

well thank you...and yes i understand most of the people on hear are rooting for BC, which isn't bad...but all that both teams can do is play the best we can and leave it on the field...im so excited about this match-up...2 more days!! ...i just hope scouting and working hard in practice this week will pay off...

yes we did...we played #3 in 4A Montgomery and lost 8-1...wasn't our best game...made 3 errors that were costly...and trust me, Coach C. gave us quite a yelling after the game, so we are practicing hard this week and hopefully we can play our best ball this week...

that's true we haven't been..but from what i understand BC graduated 7 starters...hard to go back to state with that much expierence leaving...just saying...last year we got past Yoakum in a hard 3-game series and ended up getting swept by Liberty Hill in Area...so this isn't new to us, we know the feeling...

exactly...thats why you play the game, and not just look at teams on paper...

i think the winner out of our Wharton/BC series will give them a good fight...im looking forward to have a chance to play against them...

i totally understand...i notice im the only one speaking for my team so im not gonna say anything foolish...all i can say is that i hope we play up to our potential and play a heck of a series for the fans...

hopefully our scouting pays off...but i know we'll still have to play our best ball...this build up is killing me...i can't wait to get on the field and play it out...

we beat them in both of our district games...pretty decent pitching...can't hit the curve well overall as a team...

we played some good competition this year so hopefully our hard work pays off big...early season we played against alot of 4a's and a couple of 5a's...even played against #8 nationally Lake Charles Barbe...but yes playing 27 ballgames we should be ready...

im looking forward to this week...we will have to work hard in practice and hopefully we can show we can play with anyone in the state tournament...but yes i bet this series is going to be a tight one...

what makes me think we won the toss though is that if needed saturday, we would be the home team...

we beat Bellville pretty easily this year at our tourny...

i'm guessing we won, not to sure though...

well i don't know...we have a young pitching staff, only one senior...wins leader is a Freshman by the name of Looper and i believe he's like 8-2 or 9-2...all of our pitchers go out and compete though...

we are 22-4 and ranked #8...but lets not get carried away with the ranking...last time we got big headed and lost...

if we play up to our ability, we will be good...have scouted BC for the past 2 games now so our coaches know what we will be facing...im looking forward to this series...we played our warm-up game last night against #3 in 4A Montgomery and lost 8-1...im sure we'll work hard this next week in practice and be up for the challenge...
