Since I know nothing about basketball need some help in regards to substitutions. How long does the average starting player go without running out of gas and needs a rest. Can he make a full quarter?

Reviewing stats in the PA News, didn't realize Mike Mitchell led the Dogs with 19 points, he was 10-11 from the FT line, team wise the Dogs were 22-30. Chris Cunningham 17 Dionte Forney 16 with 12 rebounds Kelvin Smith 12 with 8 rebounds Fresh. Colton Weisbrod 10  

Nederland was up nearly 20 a few times, lost mo and the Jag's made a few good runs. K.Smith (Ned) was to me the best player on the court imo. Didn't realize the Dogs had such a height advantage over Central. After seeing the Dogs for the first time, I'll tip my hat to the Silsbee Tigers. If they are the No.1 team in the area, they are real good.
