If they want to look stupid and stay in the locker room the I say, who cares.  I bet some of these same people that are complaining are the same people that are sitting in the stands complaining to the person next to them (about their perfect little angel not making cheerleader) rather than partcipating in the anthem anyway.
I agree with the statement about people complaining but not the statement about staying in the locker room. By you saying "who cares" That is the attitude of this generation, which is sad. Pretty much sums up the generation of today. Can't wait till some of you get older. Your thought process will change. But guess what? Your kids will not be there to help you in time of need. All they want you to do is die so they can get some money which they don't have because they spent it on you.
Sorry but I have to disagree with you because I am part of "this" generation.  It aint ALL of us.
Read my previous post, I did say not all kids. (2 post above yours)
Bleed, I understand your concern for the youth and it's troubling. If we drugged tested students, teachers, law enforcement, clergy, refinery workers, business people between 1968-1978 from Spurger to Sabine Pass the ratio would be higher than it is today.

Some of the young people I deal with today are some of the brightest and work their tail off.
Are any of them your boss, just wondering?
I guess you can say they are my boss. They run businesses, entrepreneurs, plumbers, contractors, and tech people, all under 35, making payrolls.
Good luck my friend. they will put you out to pasture before you want to. The kids of the 60's and 70's were not so bad. Puff the magic dragon, they do know believe me.
I have employees myself,  some my age some in their twenties, who you think is more productive?
I am 48 years old and I can promise you I am more productive than kids half my age. Been there done that.
I just asked your thoughts on who you thought was more productive, I didn't say the younger ones were. You jumped to that conclusion. I'm just saying that the younger generation is painted with this brush of being lazy, me generation and wanting mom and dad's money. My experience, this is a myth. I've been around young kids for 20 years coaching baseball, 95% of the ones I see now 25-35 are some the best.
