I have a good feeling about this game. The defense played it's best game last week against one of the top teams in our area. With Asa back, look for Vidrine and Brady to have a great game. Grogan will get his yards, just wish he could play a little defense.

PNG is down a little in skilled positions, they will be back. As far as the coaching suitation, no surprise in the coaching direction.

Ned's passing game is a lot better when the All-State WR is in the lineup. I am not making an excuse at all, Lumberton beat us and without Beard to boot. But, Asa Cardenas is the best WR in the district and definitely not being out there affects the passing game. Hats off to Lumberton for getting tremendous pressure all night on Kirby. That is the key to disrupting the spread. Lumberton is an excellent smashmouth football team. Team plays with a lot of emotion and their crowd support is great. I agree with you that we should run Grogan more. I left the game scratching my head last night. Also, if we are not going to run Grogan 25-30 times, how about letting him play a little defense, like on 3rd down.

WOS seems to be stuck in the 60's.

Our best defensive game of the year, Hannah got his yards but it might sound crazy we held Lumberton better than most teams we've played. Lumberton's #90 is a player and Sparks I think his name, made a bunch of tackles.

What do you find in common with the 3 coaches who have suspended players this year? Coach Nuemann, Coach Stewart and Coach Hooks

Good point Gabe, Statum is a tough left hander. Felts could be the best all around player in the area.

From the ones that have posted, pitching looks solid in 4A. PNG might have the edge but Vidor, Nederland and LCM can beat you on any given night. HF looks strong with Koening and Johnson in 3A.

I like the Svoboda kid alot, and Soper could have a break out year. The Muelner kid, probably misspelled it, has a sweet swing and I see him really stepping up. Also a kid name Ross Foret can swing it from over there.
