I don't really use live bait, but at about 7:00, you start getting some topwater action.

I only have one spot(family hunts on your limit) One trophy, one cull , three doe, one exotic(axis,sika mouflon or auodad), tons of turkey/pigs. It's $2200/year. I'm not on the bowhunter site.

You might see a couple of mid 70's throwers at the little league world series. I doubt we have 2-3 around here.

Best team won. Congrats LSU! And like the other poster, Woods was not impressive in any game I saw him pitch. Does he ever get ahead of a batter? Seems like his first two pitches are always balls. ???

Not tonight

Texas gave it their best shot last night. If they can't win with that kind of offensive production, I don't think they can win two in a row. Great game, but I think LSU is the better team.

Both teams with 6 runs, 9 hits, headed to the 10th. Can't be much more even.

Saturday evening, a couple of friends of mine killed them at the jetties. They used live shrimp, mostly, but caught a few on traps. I saw the pics and they had some really big specks in the cooler.

LSU has looked better, but Baylor was able to make them sweat. I'm going for the Big 12. Go Horns!

Earlier post from BBdad: Who woke you up??? In comparison to the teams that are in the CWS (ASU, NC, LSU, Ark, Virginia...they are not very good). i believe a few were freshman this year. they should be pretty impressive. How do you guys get freshmen in the league? Ours are playing high school ball and they don't have time to do both. They have to wait and play senior league.

All except three of the players...How does yall's team look? They play their 1st game the 30th vs. Vidor in BC West End will be only OK. 3 of our best players won't be available and a couple who were freshman decided to wait and play in the senior league.
