Texas is facing more pressure than ever before from the Ags.    Funny how many Texas fans now want to talk about conference strength.  The PAC looks pretty good on paper, but I would like to see Vegas odds on SEC #1 v Pac1, and on down the line.

Buddy. I am following you, but the business about being thrown into a soda fountain because he didn't know which door to leave by sounds like bs.  My skeptical side tells me he was being an ass.

I know plenty of cops.  I promise you, they don't want to shoot anybody because of the hassle afterwards(not to mention the trauma of just shooting someone).   But, I do know a few who probably shouldn't be there.  The power trip guys.  The law enforcement career seems to attract a lot of those guys.  That said, I would bet almost every time that the officer felt he had no choice. 

How about a have a reasonable discussion of some current event?   The situation in Iraq.  How does ISIS decide who they are going to kill?   Doesn't seem to be just christians.   Is it everybody wo won't join them?   Are we doing enough to help those trapped on the mountain?     This is just a test to see if it can be done.

Plenty of posters have tried to say that this board has gotten silly.  It was always ignored.    Hoops actually did a good thing by showing just how bad this forum has become.

The laws in  Texas are not really biased.   The application may be at times, but the truth is, in most cases with small children, the kids are better off with mama.       Nothing in the law says a guy can't get alimony, but normally, the guy earns more.
