Do I believe the Court of Appeals?   You mean more than the factfinding Judge who actually heard the evidence?  How would we know which to believe?

The bottom line is how many graduate and how many wins?   We will see if Strong or Sumlin does it best.  They now have about equal resources.   Sumlin has the SEC brand to sell; strong has TEXAS tradition, Austin, and an easier road to the playoffs.    Gonna be fun.

I think you are wrong.   First, to call a 10 fence with armed guards a small fence is just dumb.   And ranchers make more money off hunting rights than they do cattle.     What happens when deer and other game cant get to the river?      Genius idea.

So, if we were to spend billions on a real fence, what do you tell the ranchers who just got cut off from their water supply?    Should we just condemn their land?

Truth is, we didnt see pics of the kid.  We all know some parents can get carried away.  I doubt that the family court judge just  made this stuff up because he was a liberal.   i would be willing to bet that it was pretty bad.
