Pretty good pies too, if you are in to that sort of thing.
-
It appears then, that the case hinged on the definition of "recess".
-
What does the constitution say about recess appointments?
-
Also interesting from the article Obama has made relatively few recess appointments, 32 in his four-plus years in office, according to the Congressional Research Service. President George W. Bush made 171 such appointments over two terms and President Bill Clinton filled 139 posts that way in his eight years in office, the research service said.

Interesting ruling. If you have a 10 day break, then it's ok. 3 days just wasnt long enough. At least that is how I read it. Wonder how they came up with that?
-
Under that defintion, wouldn't an AK qualify as a WMD?
-
I think it was a poor decision to go in there, and Bush does get some blame, but no. I have nothing personal against Bush.
-
Cool. You found a typo. Congrats. I never said Bush lied. I said I didn't think it was a good enough reason to lose americans and spend billions.
-
What is a WMD? Don't most counties have them?
-
Sorry dude. Been kinda busy. No. I cannot tell you what was in the minds of the hundred or so protesters/rioters/terrorists that attacked the embassy. I don't think anyone can do that.
-
Or, maybe he is telling the truth and all the Benghazi nuts look as silly as the birthers. Guessing we wont hear much about this "scandal" on FOX news for a while. hahahahahahahahaha

[Hidden Content] Pretty funny! Maybe the video did play a role.

LRF. Assuming that what is said in the article is true(no real sources cited) do you see the difference between what Nash posted and what the article says?
-
Before I read all these articles, tell me which one says that the only emails that were lost belong to the 6 suspected conspirators.
-
I'm not saying your a lying sack of sheet. Trust , but verify. I want to see where the only people suspected in the IRS scandal had their emails lost. That would be suspicious. It is also suspicious that you didn't provide a link to start with.
-
gonna need a link or I call bs

Why should she answer questions when the questioner is obviously gunning for her? She shut the thing down in minutes. We can only speculate why she didnt want to answer questions, but it sounds like she took the easy out to me.

Could be a conspiracy, or it could be this. [Hidden Content] I was always told not to believe in conspiracies when simple incompetence is an option.

A flood of organizations applying for tax exempt status. A poor choice by IRS employees for finding a way to deal with it. We know that many of the organizations were political in nature. They should have vetted them all, but then we would just have complaints about bigger government. End of story.

Iraq Sunni militant group vows to march on Baghdad
westend1 replied to LumRaiderFan's topic in Political Forum
We are simply seeing the problem in allowing Iraq to try to rule itself. They have three groups of people who dont really like each other. Doesn't matter how long we stay, when we leave, they will be killing each other again. I dont see why you guys want to throw a few more billion down that rabbit hole. -
Gator Junction in Anahuac does have great chopped beef. Might be my favorite sandwich.

In before anyone says Obama should get no credit. It was all our security forces, even though Reagan knocked down that wall with a 10 lb hammer. Truly, there are some on here who are disappointed with the news of this capture. Don't bother to deny it. We know who you are.

I like Salk Lick, but my favorite is Cooper's in Llano.
