Silsbee does have Johnson back but look at who WO-S has comming back, They won State in Track and most of those guys are comming back except Josh Gloston, So I think WO-S will win by a few, But I wouldnt be surprised if Silsbee wins because the Game's gonna be at Silsbee this Year.... I think BC can beat HJ at Home this year, But they'll have to be able to stop Jacoby Turner, He gave the BC Defense a fit last year, though that was a team that just got devastated by Hurricane Ike and were missing some key Starters, I think the BC Offense will put them ahead of HJ this year, HJ lost some All-District guys on Defense, All I know is that's gonna be a big Game for both teams....Orangefield has a good Coach and I think they'll surprise some people but no Playoffs this year...Watch out for Hamshire-Fannett, You know they want some revenge from thier big let down last year, I think they could sneak in the Playoffs if they aren't taken seriously....It's gonna be a good year of Football for 21-AAA!!!

I've heard Bridge City's getting a new track and switching to a more retro Cardinal red colored look, Does anyone know about this? It'll be interesting to see, If you're a Bridge City fan do you prefer having a black track or red? Let's hear it.....

Joe's done with Football he injured his neck in a practice last year...Yeah that's true but then they'll always wonder "what if" I was playing tonight? Or "what if" I would've played Football my Senior Year, Making the Playoffs as Seniors would be something they'll always remember...I know it's thier decision but I think everyone should play every sport they can in High School, Especially a 3-A School like Bridge City....We'll see what happens....

I gotta give Orangefield credit they're a tough team that fights till the last second and gave BC and HF good games last year but I think they will struggle a little bit this year but that's usually the case when you just now get a coach in late June and have less than 2 months to learn a new system...Good luck to them this year though I know they'll give it all they got every game.....

Like Who? That doesn't make sense to me just to play up to your Junior year then quit your Senior year....

The Bridge City 2009 Class went 8-2 thier Sophomore Year on JV, Second in District, Then the next year went 0-10 on Varsity, But they came back and got an even 4-4 Record thier Senior Year....I would base how good a group will be on thier Freshman Team Record..Because the really good Sophomores will be on Varsity the following year and the other ones will be on JV and they just won't be the same without thier leaders.....

You're right, It's like that for now but geeze WO-S would be good in any District they're usually ranked in the Top 5 in State, Plus Silsbee has a WVU-Bound Quarterback, District 21-AAA is still pretty tough and has two legit top teams, The third team is gonna have a hard time beating #1 or #2, But I think that gap will dissapear in the upcoming Seasons after this one, IMO......

The upcoming Sophomore class isn't very big in number of kids but if they all stick together and stay in the program until they're Seniors they'll be very good....

I think BC will compete with WO-S and Silsbee better than last year, But won't come close to beating them till the year after this upcoming one, They better enjoy beating us now because that will change in 2010 and 2011

Yeah the score was 41-14, I just wanted to see if anyone had stats to break this thing down, It's ashame the two didn't get to play with BC's normal starters...

I'm pretty sure BC will beat OF and are capable of beating HF next year too, If they can get by HJ they'll make playoffs (3-2) A Round or two, I didn't say they would win the 2nd Round, Just said I think they could make it there, But they'd be lucky to get past the First Round....Does anyone have any stats from the BC/HJ Game last year? Just curious to see.....

I dont understand why we didn't pitch Cessac more this season, He's proved he can pitch and as far as I can see he did good early in the season against the likes of Westbrook, so why wasn't he used?

Only 8? That was 2007, This year we've lost 20 or so Seniors lol...This year should really be the year that will tell if BC should be running the Spread Offense or not.....I think they'll get into the Playoffs and who knows maybe win a game or two once they get there
