OKAY SO NOW I KNWO THIS IS ONE OF THE COACHES, EITHER THE REALLY FAT ONE OR THE NERD AT THIRD.....OUCH .... AND ALL I DID WAS SIT THE BENCH AGAINST JASPER AS A CALL UP FROM JV, SO THERE'S NOTHING I COULD DO TO HELP, BECUASE I NEVER GOT A CHANCE, BUT ILL BE A STARTER NEXT YEAR....OUCH 8)

TRUE ABOUT THE 1ST PART, BUT TRUST ME BC WILL DO ANYTHIN AND EVERYTHING NOT TO LOSE AGAINST ORANGEFIELD, EVEN IF THEY ARE OLDER........

WELL THAT'S NICE AND ALL, BUT IM NOT A PLAYER, JUST A FAN I'VE ALREADY BEEN THROUGH THIS LITTLE LEAGUE STUFF AND NOW I KNOW ALL THAT REALLY MATTERS IS HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL... BUT WHEN I DID PLAY YOUTH BASEBALL, I REMEMBER 10 RUN RULING GROVES AND EVEN PORT NECHES FOR THAT MATTER EVERYTIME WE PLAYED THEM IN LITTLE LEAGUE ALL STARS(2000-2003) AND PONY ALLSTARS(2004-2005) AND STILL TODAY IN HIGH SCHOOL SO THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO IF THE KIDS TODAY AREN'T AS GOOD AS MY GRADE WAS, BUT I STILL THINK THEY WERE JUST NOT FOCUSED AT ALL THE FIRST TIME......I FELT SORRY FOR YALL THE FIRST TIME THEY PLAYED BECAUSE WE HAD THE SIZE ADVATAGE, BUT IF THEY EVER DO PLAY YALL AGAIN I'LL BE SURE TO TELL THEM ABOUT ALL THIS TRASH TALKING Y'ALL DO AND WELL SEE WHAT HAPPENS....

YEAH I STILL THINK BC SHOULDVE WON THE FIRST TIME.. BUT LIKE YOU SAID GROVES CAME OUT TO PLAY TONIGHT!! NO EXCUSES FOR THIS ONE JUST A BLOWOUT.... WE DID HAVE SOME ERRORS EARLY THAT GOT GROVES GOING THOUGH, BUT THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN SAY BC HAD TWO CHANCES TO BEAT THEM, AND GOT BEAT TWICE.... IF THEY WOULDVE TOOKEN CARE OF THEM THAT FIRST TIME THEY'D BE PLAYING MONDAY, BUT OH WELL... GROVES MIGHT NOT LLOK LIKE BIG HITTERS, BUT THEY DEFFINANTELY TAKE THIER HACKS I WAS IMPRESSED!! LOL AND THE PITCHER WAS LITTLE TOO, BUT HE THREW HARD SO TO ALL THOSE TEAM'S IN SECTONALS, DONT TAKE GROVES LIGHTLY..LOL EVEN AFTER TONIGHT I STILL THINK BC HAS THE BETTER PLAYERS, BUT GROVES IS JUST AN AWESOME TEAM, AND UNLIKE THE OTHER YEARS BC JUST DIDNT SEEM TO BE IN IT AND DIDNT LOOK LIKE A TEAM AT ALL... LAST YEAR I COULD DEFFINANTELY SAY THEY WERE A TEAM!!!... I WASNT A FAN OF THE BIG FIREWORKS THING AT THE END THOUGH, LIKE IT WAS AN ASTROS GAME OR SOMEHTING, BC WOULD NEVER HAD BEEN THAT DISRESPECTFUL LIKE THAT TO GROVES, AND BELIEVE ME OVER THE YEARS BC HAS OWNED DISTRICT!!! I WAS ABOUT TO GO OVER THERE AND START TAKING NAMES.......WELL GOOD LUCK GROVES, MAYBE WE'LL SEE YOU ON T.V. !

THEY ADVANCED TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND AGAINST GROVES BUT THEY HAVE TO WIN TWO BUT I THINK THEY CAN DO IT.... .THE FIRST ONE'S IN GROVES LITTLE LEAGUE TOMORROW AT 7:30.. I F THEY WIN THAT ONE THE SHIP GOES BACK TO BRIDGE CITY MONDAY AT 7:30.......... GOOD LUCK CARDINALS!!! THESE SHOULD BE SOME GOOD BALL GAMES.......MAY THE BEST TEAM ADVANCE TO SECTIONALS....

Yeah so BCLL at GNLL Saturday at 7:30..... BCLL beat NNLL 8-3.. I expect a good game here with Pittman coming back... if Bridge City beats groves the championship goes back to Bridge City on Monday at 7:30... GOOD LUCK TO BOTH TEAMS.... P.S. IVE BEEN WONDERING FOR SOME TIME WHERE SECTIONALS IS AFTER THIS... DOES ANYONE KNOW?

FOR BRIDGE CITY IT WOULD HAVE TO BE THE TEAM THAT WON STATE, FOLLOWED BY EITHER THE 2001 TEAM OR 2002 TEAM, THEN AFTER THOSE THE 2006 TEAM

If they were sooo overpowering they wouldve took ocntrol of that game last week against Groves and been in the driver's seat!!!! I don't know what happened that night, but I doubt it will happen to BC again!! 8)

Well anyone can win at anygiven day, but I think BCLL's jut too much.....

Yeah I told the BCLL team that they can't make errors to win this district!! it's all good because theyre gunna come back and get 2 and go to sectionals... this at least makeS it more interesting instead of just winning one to go to sectionals every year and it keeps them on thier toes...... BCLL's just too much they've got 3 monsters on thier team that are gunna show up to play with no mercy saturday and monday after beating NNLL tomorrow!!!! Good luck with that GNLL little leaguers....lol

Yeah forgot about Barbers Hill.... these coaches need to start planning this it'd be the best thing that's ever happened to setx high school baseball!! and to make it sweeter the winner of the tournament get's an automatic playoff bid.....lol

Yeah I'd like to see that! at lest for some local bragging rights! Bridge City, LCM, Lumberton, vidor, Jasper,sulphur, Barbe, Nederland, westbrook, central, silsbee and Buna just to see what they could do.....

A little off topic but I don't like the uniforms Bridge City wears now.... #1 they look like something a Pop Warner team would wear, #2 they look dumb on the road because they have a white shirt witha red stripe but red pants with a white stripe, though they look alright at home but if they ever get to state they'd look ridicolous if they were in thier road uniforms!!!?? Instead they need to get those ones they wore in '01 and '02, those have more BC tradition in them and they look good ant home and on the road!!! ;D
