Two weeks from tomorrow is the first scrimmage. That tells us how much heat a kid can take. years ago football practice started the same day school started which was the Monday after Labor Day. First Monday in sept. The UIL has to start now in order to finish before Christmas. Summers are getting hotter. Something has to change.

Everyone does not want all those magazines in order to get the fall addition which sells for 12.50 with tax. There is a reason they will not give you the option just for the fall addition$$$.

That’s only 120 miles one way for me. 240 miles round trip .

So, Center, Hemphill, Jasper, woodville, Beaumont, Newton, Bridge City,are among the areas with no coverage, just to mention a few. Wonder if this is going on across the state. Big cities like Houston, Dallas ,Austin , are probably the ones that can afford to take the loss.

The last time I went into the site to subscribe it was 40 dollars because it had a second magazine that I did not want attached to it with automatic renewal every year. I did not want the earlier addition because I do not have an outhouse to put it in. I totally refuse to pay for something I do not want or need. The magazine is now worth 40 dollar and you will find out that it will probably be 50 dollars next year.

Went to Center this morning. Regional distributor put magazines out yesterday. No DCTFM in Center at CVS or Wal Mart’s. DCTFM obviously knew about this problem and chose not to pass it on to us. I give up!

I might be that the Distributors cannot afford to take back high costing magazines like DCTFM and the stores cannot afford to eat the unsold magazines. Seems that only companies like CVS, wan mart, and Walgreens can afford too take a loss. Wal mart in Jasper has moved the magazine section to the back of the stere and it is about 1/5 the size it use to be. might be a growing problem.
