Four way tie, three teams go. They meet today to draw playoff positions and site. The four teams play and the two winners of the first games play again for first and second. The two losers from the first game play again for third place and the loser of that game is out.

Decisions made by the school board are no win situations. Any way you go on making these cuts there will be people who don't agree with the results.  I support the decisions made by the school board. I am sure that no one on the school board wanted to cut anyone. There is no good choice when making these type of decisions.

Why not do away with football, baseball, and basketball and get some real good looking voleyball uniforms.

Surely Skipper you mean in the top three in the world.  Rankings will probably be like this: Pitsburgh Steelers no.1 Green Bay Packers no.2 WO-S Mustangs no. 3

The problem at Hemphill is that the kids are not going out for football. Fantastic facilities but no interest from the kids to take part in a losing program. A good coach could turn this program back around. Hemphill has had some good teams in the past. Good luck Hemphill on getting your program back on track. P.S. my friends sister in law who knows the cousin of a friend that knows a teacher who said she knew the mother of a student whos 5th cousin knows someone who is a friend of one of the school board members said  that they though there might be a selection soon. I think that is good solid information.

eagleswoodville no.1 is right. The last five minutes of the game SHOULD NOT COUNT. I have contacted the UIL and they promised to look into a new rule change next year. The new rule would read, '' THE LAST FIVE MINUTES OF A FOOTBALL GAME DOES NOT COUNT WHEN PLAYING WOODVILLE".
