Anahuac travled to Deweville last night and won the game with the score of 34-0, this gives them a record of 7-0 with Warren yet to play in Anahuac. Anahuac 8th grade A team is the best this district has to offer, I would like to see them play Newton's 8th grade team same type of offense. Anahuac record now is 6-0 for the season they beat East-Chambers 32 to 12 Coach Borne pulled the dogs out in the start of second quater and played the B team squad and that's how East-Chambers scored on the B team. The very best team in Middle School right now is the Anahuac 8th grade A Cubs football team with a record of 6-0 for the season averaging 40 points a game. This same team last year only tied one game and lost 7 games but the old Coach Borne turned them around this year, he also coach this years freshman team last year and they had a record of 6-2 for the season. He expects this team to be a great one a few years down the road. Pantherfan#30

High-Island scrimmaged the B team for Anahuac they couldn't be our A team that's for sure. Pantherfan#30.

We will keep them together and if they keep the same coach that they have been having I beleive a Coach Borne has been there and doing a great job with those kids. They won last Thursday against East-Chambers 32 to 6 he played the B team for 3 Quaters of the game. Like I said these kids should help in a couple of years. There record now is 6-0 for the season can't be stopped. Last year these same kids were 1 tie and 7 loses he turned it around for them and the Freshman team that Anahuac has now, under him went 6 and 2 when they were 8th graders. Pantherfan#30.

The best 8th grade football team this year 2007 is the Anahuac A team they havent lost a game all year long they are 5-0 for the season we have 4 running backs that can start anywhere what we have to do is make sure they stay in the program and build from there.

Anahuac VS Splendora This is easy Barbay has these boys ready Anahuac 36 Splendora 12 I've seen Splendora play this team is slow can't keep up with Anahuac's speed. Hitchcock has alot of speed and they won the game against Anahuac because Anahuac fumbled all night long and still played them good. Splendora hasn't a chance at Kyle White Field. You can take it to the bank.

Anahuac 7th and 8th Grade boys were district champs in track this past school year. We do have Athletes coming up next year to help at the High School level as freshmans.

Kountze 8th grade football team was the best I've seen in a while, the best 3 teams in this district was: 1. Kountze 2. Hardin 3. Anahuac

About Hardin having the best 8th grade basketball team in the area is not really true I know for a fact that Anahuac 8th grade team beat them this past basketball season. I would have to say that Kountze 8th grade team is the best, and Anahuac, and Hardin tied for second.
