Good luck in the search. I've read all the post about good coaches - great coaches (and family and career first), but thats crap when they leave at the last minute. Put those kids that trusted in them in a bind.

maybe a few less reps in the weight room and more time reading. I said that WH HD and Hardin teachers wouldn't give the liberty transfers grades, so that why they go back to liberty. LESS REPS.

thats classy, west hardins program is gay. GROW UP, the only reason liberty players go to daisetta, hardin, west hardin is because they cant hack it in liberty, got in trouble, didn't want to follow the rules, got yelled at, didn't get to play (sorry - wasn't good enough to play). Then they come to the country and realize it's not the gravytrain they had in liberty, teaches won't give them grades SO they move back. So Liberty, keep your players, we dont need them - we have plenty of talented dedicated athletes in WH, HD, and Hardin. We don't need your slackers. I Would like to WH and Liberty play (on any field or court). Spank! Spank! That's why Liberty doesn't schedule games with WH or HD. Too embarassing when they get beat.

Aint many moving up, only graduated one senior. That team will consist mainly of the Elliott class until he graduates. When his class is gone then the others can play varsity.

They don't do it to Cox. BECAUSE she actually coaches, she treats everyone the same - NO FAVORITES. SHE CALLS IT LIKE IT IS - SHE DOESN'T CARE WHO YOUR DADDY THINKS HE IS - NO FAVORITES. Melancon acts like she is one of the girls - and you cant do that as a coach. And since you bring up track - she does the same thing, there is no track program - THOSE GIRLS THAT WENT TO REGIONALS DID IT ON PURE TALENT, NOT BECAUSE OF ANYTHING MELANCON DID. Volleyball - PLEASE- it was worse than basketball - temper tantrums.

The superintendent is out of the country. I'm sure he can juggle personel, but can he hire when he's out of the country. Not supposed to be back until close to August. ???

There is one high school spot and two junior high spots open. Did both junior high coaches leave? I thought the female coach was staying - last year was her first. Two coaches leave at the high school but only one spot open, are they down sizing? Heard rumors that melancon is going to the El. to teach PE, will she still coach?

Superstar in their own mind. Can't handle the discipline, workout, don't like being griped at when they mess up. TOO HOT!, and why don't I I I I I I get to play.

HD vs WH. About 12 miles apart, the kids all know each other, probably good friends, but come game time it's gloves off, then after the game back to normal. If the gam lives up to all the smack talking on here it should be showed on ESPN.

What coaches are left? I believe today is the last day to resign. Does Slack have the resources to pull the coaches in that he's going to need?

they'll still be talkin smack at game time because they wont have a mouth piece in because they'll be in the bleachers. Keep in mind these are not the HD Athletes you'll be on the field with on friday night, Good luck to both teams, lets represent our district well.

t. bean #12 will be on the team when two-a-days start, but won't be when their finished. One of those talkin smack, that will be in the bleachers at game time.

West Hardin 1 - Those on here talking smack from HD are probably the ones that wont make it through two-a-days. The ones that will be on the field have better things to do in the summer than talk smack. The "TRUE" Players from both sides will do all their talkin on the field, one Friday night, very soon. So don't let the "two-a-day" drop-outs rattle your chain.

What's the situation with the remaining hd coaches? Heard rumors that all but about 4 are leaving (cox, kirby, birdwell, hawkins - are the only ones staying).

i believe he got a scholarship in track. should try to walk on the basketball team - that kid can HOOP
