[/quote] Very good point, but look at it this way.  Look at Ford's touches compared to his yards and see what his avg's were.  The problem is that I see that he and JJ could've made a difference/impact on any team in the area.  That's where it is so close in my eyes.  I want to make myself clear on this....I am not unhappy in any case tht JJ won.  He was very deserving of it and the voters saw it that way.  He was clearly the best "Sr" in SETX this yr....Sorry AAW had to throw that out there. lol And yes, it is a great honor to just be nominated for this award.

Congrats to Andy and Coach Koch!  Both standup men that I admire and respect....after all Andy taught me how to swim back in the day in Anahuac and Koch was my HC in HS.  Maybe I could work my magic and get to the sideline for the game....

Congrats! All very good players to chose from. A special congrats on a great HS career to Ja'Michael Irvine!  Never have seen a player with so much heart on the field.  He will be missed.

Congrats to Jeremy....Next yr Ford is the man....being a Jr hurt him but I would like to see the votes and how close it was.

The cutoff numbers in 2A and 3A stayed the same with the exception of the top number for 3A....and it went up 10.
