    Former Bridge City star Caleb Kellogg went in the 17th rd to the Orioles..pretty impressive, was the closer for the D2 National Championship team Univ of Tampa this past year.

    Congrats to Silsbee..great team this year! Silsbee will have their hands full with Ryan Moseley (P) Texas Tech signee who is likely to get drafted very early on..anyways Silsbee will have a great chance at winning with Powell & the way they swing the bats

    Both teams are on a roll & have been tested. Is this the first time both teams have reached the regional final?

    Both teams are pretty evenly matched IMO. Played a close 6-4 game earlier in the season. I would venture to say Diboll has more pitching depth with 4 good ones & that Silsbe swings it better..I hope it's a 3 game series to be fair to the kids If a one Gamer I'll take Silsbee 4-2 3 game I'll take Diboll in 3.

    The One game Series strikes again vs the deeper pitching staff :D great game by Powell..he's stepped up huge this year for Silsbee Silsbee has a great chance at state, congrats!
