Just curious as to what you guys are making predictions off of ?

Have you seen all the teams play?

Just off of what you have read ?

Common opponents ?

Or just Homer predictions ?

I personally haven’t seen anyone play but Crosby, so I will not make a prediction for 7 other teams I know nothing about.

Silsbee is one of them. Silsbee is 8-2 all time against Crosby. But, they have not played in a few decades.

Yep.  Back in the day when the schools were relatively the same size, Crosby played Silsbee, Jasper, Liberty, South Park Greenies, Lumberton, and others.

I wish, but Crosby needs the bye week to prepare for district. I actually was thinking the same thing. But no matter the outcome, there would always be that “remember that time…..”.

Yes, we went deep in the playoffs and made it back with UIL playoff tickets. 

Could one of the moderators please change the name of this thread to “The 2021 Vidor beat Crosby Reunion Tour”.  That way next year, we can just change it to 2022……

There is never going to be a season go by that someone from Vidor or the GT doesn’t bring up the time the Pirates beat Crosby on this site.  Regardless of the fact that they are always a sub .500 team that struggled to make a 4-team playoff scenario in a year they dropped down a division. It’s all good though.

In the secondary we do not. Otherwise our two best recievers wouldn’t be playing both ways.  Maybe we can jump out ahead in some of these games and give them a rest on defense so they can be productive offensively.

PAM isn’t that far behind Manvel talent wise but they’re a ways off on the sideline. 

I’m going to need you to gather some stats.  All week PAM fans were talking about how many rushing yards their QB would have. I believe he may have ended up with negative yardage.

Honestly, I’m not even thinking about the playoff run this year, it’s the next two years I think will be good.  This team is loaded with sophomores and Juniors. 

I think we should kick it out of bounds on kick offs. 

Again our special teams gave them good field position to enable that score. 

I think Sanders is tired of being sacked. He just laid down on PAM’s last possession. 

I’m actually impressed that as young as Crosby is in all their skill positions, they are hanging with PAM.

Glad PAM is pumped and they should be, but Crosby looked a lot more impressive in their 2 losses that PAM in their wins IMO. You won’t out athlete Crosby Friday night nor out coach them either, so I’m not sure what’s left. I can hear Guns and Roses playing over the intercom now should be great game with Crosby taking control 3rd quarter for a convincing win.

 

PS:I picked the Coogs to beat Carthage by 21😂

Crosby taking control in the 3rd quarter would be different than their first two games that’s for sure.
