No, it has to do with my opinion of Crosby’s offense right now. Honestly, you only had one guy making plays on defense. Our QB dropping a lot of snaps and having to pick it up cost him time to look down field. Anyhow, that game is over and this is a new thread.

No way we can play all season with our two best receivers playing both ways. They had little production on offense to speak of. Also, the QB can’t drop half the snaps. He doesn’t have time to look down field because he’s picking up the ball.

Y’all are getting way too over excited about a non-district game that means nothing. I think whichever team is on top at the half, the other team will throttle back and play 2’s. These non-district are just glorified scrimmages.

It would be interesting to know how much money has been spent on athletes that don’t perform as anticipated. Johnny Manzel comes to mind.

I don’t think whether they are “ready” will be an issue. Having a new squad of kids is where I see Crosby having a problem. They don’t return a lot. And, I for one, certainly view these pre-district games as glorified scrimmages. They don’t mean anything when it comes to seeding in playoffs, etc. I wouldn’t even have starters on the field the second half.
