That should not surprise anyone. Simply "competing" for the local district is a pretty low bar. That could have been done with any number of local candidates at a reduced price. But who know, the season is barely underway. BH may very well win the district and make a deep run. I hope so.  

Don't call me a "hater" for just seeing the obvious. I am definitly not a "hater", I want all Chambers Co. schools to do well.      

Most of the BH people I know are happy with just making the playoffs. I don’t get it. 

Also, I am being told this weeks game in Manvel is on Thursday not Friday.

I’m not taking anything away from New Caney, they have a good team, but.....Crosby was playing with a 3rd string QB who is the starting RB.  Also, Crosby dropped 3 long, wide open passes that would have been TDs.  This would have changed the game entirely.  I was however disappointed in Crosby’s overall lack of enthusiasm and play throughout the game. Tough game next with Manvel.

Defense is not too terrible .  They’ve been on the field most of the half and NC’s offense is good all over. Crosby’s defensive backs have kept them in the game. 

And if I have to hear another parent in the stands say “good hustle” or “nice try”, I’m going to puke. Where did this liberal mind-set come from ?

New coach has established a whole different culture at Crosby. Players walking on the field, don’t play with any type of unity. Look terrible. Didn’t even run to the end zone to open the game up, just trotted to their sideline. SMH.

One looked good, ran the ball twice, once for a long TD and the other time for about 17 yards.  The other QB got hurt early trying to scramble.  The offense overall looks to need time to work together, although I don’t know if the first team was ever on the field all at once. Something expected, having new coaches and all.  Hopefully they will put it together in the non-district games, although having New Caney, Manvel, and WOS to start the season will be rough.
