1. With this district anything can happen on any given Friday night. I feel all the teams this year are very capable of beating each other. It comes down to who can execute the best. Our game with Livingston, we could have won. We just couldn't come up with the critical stops on the D. I would see LCM having an extremely hard time stopping Livingstons running game. Just because LCM shut out Lumberton does not give you the District Title. There are still alot of games to be played and with this district any game is a toss up in my opinion. I don't see a clear playoff picture for atleast another 3-4 games into district. It may come down to the final week of play in district to determine who is in and who puts on the BB shoes.
2. PNG's D will be ok. Some adjustments and more practice. I will tell it like I saw it, Livingston has some hosses on their O line. Their mis direction O is almost being run to perfection, their backs are fast and have some very good moves. I don't know if anyone in our district will be able to hold them very long. One thing I noticed with the Lions backs is that they seemed to never stop their feet moving. THats one reason why they broke loose on those tackles and gained alot of additional yardage. They are a good team. I give them credit and respect. I would think the only other team to maybe slow them down might be Central. But as I see it now they are the front runners in District.
3. congrats boys ! Great stats for both of these fine young men !
4. To all Livingston fans ! Hope all have a safe drive to and from the REZ !

6. May GOD BLESS YOU ! Its very difficult to face this sort of thing in life. God will never put anything in your life that you can't handle. Have faith in God, he is carrying you thru this right now. My son goes to PNG and told me about you and your strength. Keep it up and you will be a stronger man when you come out of the other side of this. Our family will be praying for you and your family. God Bless !
7. My son plays JV at PNG. He has told me that Coach Cox works them hard and expects them to execute to near perfection. THey work hard for him and it shows. I have heard him tell them to do their best and it will show in wins. There are more sophmores than juniors on PNG's JV team. Coach Cox reflects the attitude of the HC Coach Faircloth. Its the players who expect to win ! They put out the efforts in practice and it shows on the field. They are a very talented group and have alot of charisma ! Its very fun watching the JV team play. They give it their all every down.
8. Cox is doing what he is supposed to be doing ! building players for the next level, Varsity ! He is a very good coach, he coaches the same way with the varsity players. He is full of energy and it reflects with the players.
9. PNG & Livingston. Should be a good one. After a fairly brutal non-district schedule, the NDN's should be firing on all cylinders. Look for Doty to put up some BIG numbers and the running game to pick up another 150 yard night. PNG's D has been working OT ! The D will slow the Lions O down as the NDN's win at the REZ !
10. THis should have been kept hush hush in my opinion. Stayed in house. This could have leaked from the players family who decided to quit. Just a thought. Things like this should never get this far and I feel the PA news shouldn't have published this article. It just causes a mole hill to turn into a mountain and creates problems for the coach and the players. No team needs distractions in the season. The PA news should have published something or a big tribute to Garrett from WOS. I am a NDN and I feel for the Bulldogs team right now to have to deal with this mess.
11. Lets hear it !
12. The judging starts this coming Friday Night ! OH and what happened to Livingston last year when PNG played you guys ?
13. Sounds like to me that you had those fumbles gift wrapped for you ! Otherwise it reads like it could have been a different story. Also your weekness is the pass defense. Could be interesting to see how that works for you ! Just because you played a somewhat easy pre-season schedule and won your games,  don't underestimate what you will face now that your in District play. Now its time to see what the Lions are made of !
14. From the Reservation. We Pray that the Lord will comfort the Garrett family, friends, team mates, coaches, class mates and the community. May you find peace in the Lords comfort and know that Reggie is with the Lord above. Lord please give a calm in the presence of not understanding, please place your hands and arms around all those that are hurting and show them your love, your comfort, your presence. Show them your footsteps in this time of pain. In Jesus' name ! Amen.
15. Another team in purple ! GO BRONCO'S
16. How come LCM didn't play WOS this year ? That would have been a good test to see were your team is this year.
17.
Here a little info from the Huntsville Item... Livingston has rolled to two wins, beating Jasper 42-14 and Houston Washington 32-7. Martin has been impressed by the Lions, their athleticism and the work they do on defense. “We got to see Livingston live against Jasper because we played that week on a Thursday night, then we went last week and watched them against (Houston) Booker T. Washington,” Martin said. “They run a lot of slot-T stuff with a true athlete at quarterback this year. They use their slot back and run the buck sweep, a lot like Lockhart did to us in the playoffs two years ago. “Defensively, Livingston runs a 3-4 a lot and they run it pretty well. They’ve got a pretty good linebacker in Blake Burman. They’ve got a very talented football team, but so do we. We’ve just got to go prove it Friday night.”
Thanks for the info. Guess we will find out more after tomorrow night

Sorry about that PNG Fan, he is from Dayton and very slow: Livingston Offense has 11 players Livingston Defence has 11 players  Livingston has 11 on Special Teams Hope that helps.   ;D
they also have a head coach and a few coordinators and a trainer ;D sorry had to add to it!
Do they have a water boy ?
19.
Yes, they are located on Highway 59 between Cleveland and Nacodoches.  Lot's of pine trees in that area.  Glad to be of assistance.
Well you answered all my questions !!!! thank you ,  lol
20. Well as a PNG fan I am trying to find out more about Livingston. Thats who PNG plays next Friday night.  I know they are undefeated so far and play tomorrow night. Thats about all I know. Does anyone have any info on them ? Thanks !

Cool ! I think I will do that on all my emails !
22. Let me put my 2 cents in. For both teams, the key to winning for either team is going to be who has the best offensive line and who can put the most pressure on the QB. Just thought I would put that in there. You gotta be able to block to give your QB enough time to throw the ball around and on the other foot you have to be able to put enough pressure on the QB from Depfense. Knock the QB down a few times and he starts to think when he sets up to throw.... do I hear footsteps ? THis will be a great game. My Nephew plays at LCM on the Freshman team. My wife is a LCM grad. She got to PNG as fast as she could though ! lol. Good luck to both teams ! and remember NO INJURIES !
23.

PNG LCM NEDERLAND OZEN
cant see you guys at the top...I don't think you can beat LCM or lumberton, we'll see.
LOL we all hear that every year that no one will beat Lumberton and then the LCM folks get on here with their BOJO stuff and how they are gonna kill everyone. I bet that LCM and Lumberton would both be 1-2 or possibly 0-3 if either team had played a decent pre-season schedule. Starting this week all teams in District are 0-0 again. The real games start and these count now.
24. Well the ref that was on the TC sideline was the one who threw 75% of the flags. One was even late and called a holding. The one in the endzone, the TC receiver was out of the endzone. The other one the ball was way uncatchable as well. He was also the first ref to try and call a safety on us when the back was down on the 1. So I think there was some lopsided officiating from that 1 ref. PNG. Lots of work on the secondary. Don't understand the soft seceondary coverage. Its been eating us alive in all 3 games. Our running game. Its ok but not like last years. Maybe rotate the backs, the running back on the JV is explosive and makes moves that loose you. I think he is a junior as well. The O line did well in pass blocking. They opened up some big holes for Bertram. Our passing game was decent. But we had alot of receivers wide open they could have thrown too several times. Last night the NDN's were their own worse enemy. To many mistakes and not executing. The one ref was terrible. As far as stunts and blitz', Faircloth is not going to show is cards during these 3 games. I know come district you will see alot of various D formations etc.  2 weeks till we open district play. Lots to work on and adjust. We will see were we really stand come 2 weeks. This is a good time to heal up some of our boys. TC is a balanced team on the offensive side of the ball. Can't say they are a great team but they are a good team and should compete very well intheir district. Congrats TC on your win last night.
