Kountze started off real slow in this game only was up 27-24 at Halftime. They had a Great 2nd Quarter and ran away with the game. Devin Bray and Dontae Barnes for Kountze just Took over Down in the Paint and if they play this Way Going thru District theres no chance of anyone knocking them off.

I wish H-J all the Luck but they will not win this one at the Freethrow line because they will not get to the freethrow line....Kountze shot at the most 8 freethrows when they went out there and Hudson shot about 40 as a team and #23 shot about 20 of them.

Well that was Kountze Jv Guards handling the ball in that Scrimmage so i wouldn't say H-J saw Kountze Guards.

Ozen would win this because there guards would know how to handle the press and trust me having Willie Jefferson and Stephen Moten and JaColby Jospeh on the Boards there is no way H-J would win this game don't forget about Decarlos Franks.

I didn't expect this to happen to Warren looks like they need to step it up with District around the corner

Hudson has not lost at home in a long time i would be surprised to see H-J walk out of Lufkin with a win because they are not going to get any calls and Hudson's Big Boy down low can put the ball in the hoop.

the 2 Teams H-J have to watch out for are Silsbee and Lufkin Hudson. also i don't know if Sanger is their Region but they are a very good team with a kid bout 6-5 and is Automatic from 3pt Range.

Kountze will float threw this district and for the Warren's Dewyville and Anahuac You have to play Good teams to get better and they haven't done that yet. i still see this District going to Kountze and then Hardin and then E.C.

I don't know what St. Pius ranked but i do know that they are a Very Solid ball club with two 6-9 post players and a couple of 6-4 players that can play. i doubt they would lose to anyone around SETX.

E.C. just got out of Football so its gonna take another or two and they need Dontae Raymond to step up and Score if not i don't see E.C being much of a Contender to make it to Tyler.

I went to this E.C and hardin game and i have to say that E.C doesn't play with any emotion they look to Tramain To carry this team hopefully Vance McDonald can Average 20 ppg and 10rpg or this team is in trouble..

I'm Pretty sure people will say Kountze hasn't beaten any good ball clubs but they have played a Tough schedule and they haven't lost to any Bad Teams Goodrich #1 1A... At Lufkin Hudson{haven't lost a home game in years.}..At Big Sandy....2A #7 New Waverly... And footballfan5261 is Right Lufkin JV is pretty good and i'm sure they could beat some Varsity clubs in SETX. and they are going to be rolling come District Play and they will improve even more because they play another tough ball club in St. Pius X tuesday at Kountze.

East Chambers- Should be O.K will go as Far as Dontae Raymond will bring them Warren- They are pretty much out of the picture Anahuac- Are going to put points up on the board played with some young players this year. Hardin- The Offense they have down there now is going to be perfect look for Hunter Davis Next Year Kountze-This is the Year for Kountze they will have a Solid Defense and they have another big RB #31 Dewyville- I think they had a Very Hurtful Year but they are Pretty good and proably will win this District. Buna- Losing alot of Power off of the O-LIne i think will be a little banged up Predictions 1.Dewyville 2.Kountze 3.Anahuac 4.Hardin 5.East Chambers 6.Buna 7. Warren

But yes E.C. is really not looking too good. Tramain Isn't playing like he is capable of missing open shots and missing layups. They don't have anyone else helping him out on the offensive end and lets not forget they are playing without Vance McDonald right now so hopefully things get better later on when McDonald gets healthy..but for Hardin they are looking pretty good just getting out of football and need to work on breaking the press because at times E.C. killed them with it.

Big Sandy really Deserved to Win that game. They had a Good Game Plan and it worked to their Favor they were not letting Devin Bray and Dontae Barnes do what they usually do inside the paint they were 3 or 4 guys in the paint whenever the posts got the ball and Kountze Guards Couldn't knock down shots and Big Sandy just got to the FreeThrow line and made some clutch plays in the 4th quarter...Kountze Will Be fine come District they have by far played the Hardest Schedule for a 1A 2A 3A team around this area. and lets not forget they have ST. Pius coming to The Lions Den Tuesday.

Hardin beat E.C. Consolation Kountze beat Woodville 3rd place
