lets face facts tho. 22-4a is literally one of the toughest districts in the state of texas. (4A wise) and 4 teams in our district could beat a lot of teams throughout the state.. so for district 22-4a, i don't think it is watering it down any.

on other teams. we were to busy getting 3 new backup outfielders and 3 new infielders to worry about pitching.

parents are probably the leading "rumor starters". the reason they stayed in as much, is because we NEEDED them to win. and if you don't believe me, look at how were playing this year. were lacking a true leader. we have tons of talent, but no leader. and that is what we did. chelsea by no means was pading her stats, she distributed the ball very well! and the only reason she is riding the pine in college is because she JUST got over an injury that has kept her out all season. she just got over it like 2 weeks ago. and if u go to HBU's site, courtney wilson doesn't ride the pine there either. she gets a solid 10-15 minutes a game.

i'm glad we got rid of him! but, i still can't believe we got rid of taylor Buchholz AND willy taveras to get him!!

yeah they both were amazing. and pitching is our main problem, if we could get pitching, we could contend for a playoff spot. not saying we would win district, jus sayin we could contend.

well we have pitchers, hard throwers, ppl that can put tha ball anywhere they want, but they just have off days. tooo many off days. if they can throw good most of the time, we'll be fine.. but yeah. it'd be great if clay could come, cause his brother mason is on the team.

Lumberton returning starters: 1st base, Tyler Erickson. 2nd base, Corey LeMaire. Shortshop, most likely Stephen Macdonough (has started the previous 2 years at 1st). Two returning starters in the outfield, Leftfield, BJ Belt. Centerfield, Tyler Wilson. (Cody Hussey would be the returning catcher, but he should be moving to the outfield.) Hunter Howden, Justin Hare, and Bryce DeJohn should see a lot of time at pitcher.

we won't be an extremely young program. most starters should will be juniors and seniors, minus one sophomore. our defense should be strong this year, but as usual pitching will be our problem.

it's like they just giving us a bunch of small cheap gifts, instead of that one big gift were looking for!
