it is a shame that we don't always think of the kids first. I don't post a lot either but I read a lot. I generally only post in the Silsbee thread unless it's playoffs and I'm congratulating someone or giving credit were it's due but sometimes people just get on our threads and make it something personal towards Silsbee for whatever reason and it just gets to me. am I perfect no and any time I feel I've gone over board I've always apologized for it on the thread and got back on track. I don't mind playing but the personal grudges is just ridiculous. some people seem to get away with whatever they want and some get warnings for twitching an eye. it is what it is on that and whatever has to be done just has to be done. we play with a lot of kids from all over and I know they enjoy reading the support we give them in no matter what sport it is. each of us parents who are playing have a lot of time and money invested into this with our children and enjoy reading up on them. support doesn't just come from this site it also comes from how we act at the sporting event as well. like I said I'm not perfect but the trolling and the personal issues with rivals is just too much. it's better to be a part of the solution than the problem.

Point is every parent from every school cares about what their kid is involved in no matter what it is and everyone deserves support. No need in getting on here and knocking everything else.

A bc parent just told me yesterday that the school funded a ton of money towards the band and it was a considerable more amount the towards yalls athletics so are you saying yall only care about the band and not much at all about the athletic department

This is ridiculous. Imo when it counted the most we got out coached and out played. Cards did a good job of prepping and won simple as that. It's a sport and sometimes you win sometimes you lose. Bc and silsbee are always tough competitors but it's the kids playing not us.

To all the seniors in our area I would like to say it's been a privilege watching you play over the past 3 years. We have played with alot of young men from all over and against in select and high school and it's been fun. Wish you all the best. To our silsbee boys it's been an honor to work with yall through the years and watch you grow. All of these guys from all over deserve alot of credit for the time and work they put in and parents as well for driving them around and getting them to the next level of play. Wish yall all the best as you get ready to pursue ya'lls future. Thanks for letting me watch when I could.

There may be alot of trash talk from both sides but there is also alot of respect. That was as good as a game as you can get from these young men and jd hit his spots all night. Now it's playoff time and I encourage every one if you get a chance to go watch either team play go show them your support
