    why in the world would you move your game up when you should be evacuating on Thursday? wouldnt it be smart to move it back to Saturday???

    I am thinking the same way, scooter. Why not move them back? That way, it would give more time to evaluate the sitiuation. It would be just like last week. If it doesn't pose a threat, then you got time to play the games. Moving them up only creates more havic.

    Plus, you wouldn't have to worry about the UIL 5 day rule.

    the uil isnt going to let any team play on wednesday. not non district games for that matter

    This thread has gotten out of hand, you Kville people are suffering from the "we are ranked" syndrome.  Kirbyville is a good 2A school, WO-S is a very good 3A school.  WO-S would use Kville like a mop I promise you, but fortunately for you this game will not be played.  I don't know if that is the reason for all this nonsense or what but Kirbyville is being saved by a hurricane.  Why all of a sudden do the wildcats think they are on the same plane as the Mustangs?

    um, the Cats are better than last year. Mustangs are NOT better than last year but they still better than Kville at this point. if wos think they just gonna run over kville they gotta 'nother thing coming, rather IKE hits or not. You cant get big-headed early before district starts.  8)

    Okay, your getting your analogy that Wo-s isn't as good as last year from where? i think it's wishful thinking.

    2 headed RB monster last year, you stop the QB you only have Garrett and what if kville puts in a blitz package next week?

    The rankings, especially the AP, is a joke. We had the Mustangs on the ropes last year, at their house. If it weren't for a couple of questionable calls by the refs, we might have won that game. This year, it's at our house. If we show up to play our game, I think we can play with anybody in the state. Even Westfield. They are a good team, but we aren't too shabby, either! ;) They might win, but it isn't gonna be a blowout like "the experts" are saying. They've got a very good quarterback that can run his offense. They are ranked higher, IMO, because they are a Houston area school and they get more exposure. Most of them haven't seen our offense, or defense and dont think we can play because we are from a smaller town. They should get all they want from the Bruins come Friday. ;)

    WB got flat out ROBBED last year. those refs were paid IMO.  >:(  sorry had to vent  :D
