There are a number of coaches that will come available this year... I say we go after Gillespie.... or Penders....

I agree with you Lazeek an coach but I do not think we will.. I do not think we will spend the money to get a better coach... I think they will go after another ***low cost guy with big upside***  I hear Tom Penders may soon be availible...

I hope you are right... But i do not think we will win either game on this road trip.  I would say we will lose each game by 20 or more.

That was pretty much what happened if it had been on film it would have made sportscenter top 10.... It was a no look lob pass then Nabors finished...  I am just saying it was SICK!... I would have traded it for a W though.

I agree there were about 5k there.. It was by far the best crowd we have had since the Tech game last year.... Man I just do not get why we stayed in the zone when we kept getting burned... Those were also the worst refs I have seen in a very very long time...

LAZEEK Come on it was one day... We have over 8 months til football season. I think 2k tickets sold so far is not bad at all.

Man Coop you have not said one good thing about LU lately... Whats the deal. They have improved every game since our big road trip. I do not think they are a bad team and they are starting to peak at the right time. I think that we will win 7 conference games.

I agree Roc has coaching issues. I was so pissed off the stupid things we were doing at the end... And yes I have always criticized Roc for taking his foot off the pedal when we get a bit of a lead, it always seems that we fall apart when we do that. Custer is finally starting to play with some BALLS! I am proud of him..

I am beginning to agree with you Lazeek. I want to see how the rest of this season plays out before I pass judgement. But if we only win 4 games I will agree that he needs to go.

They have been doing a great job as of late pushing LU Football locally.. They have billboards up and such. But you are correct an internet campaign is not that expensive and would only help.

We are competing very well with these other schools.. Our Stadium will be nicer than most of the ones the start ups will be playing in... Our stadium will be an on campus stadium that is ours. UTSA will be playing in a less than half full Alamo dome.

I agree 100% on this NDN. But with a team like this they have a high upside... so you never know what is gonna come.

SELA is over rated... Big time They have beat: Science and Arts of OK 196 Rated Florida Atlantic 244 Rated Jacksonville State Milsaps Spring Hill 325 Rated Jackson St 343 Rated Southern and finally William Carey I think this is a winnable away game for us. If we can win this we will have good momentum going into conference play.

We are getting better every game.. I think we will at least make the conference tourney this year...
