[/quote] I just don't understand where you get that Vidor having confidence is a bad thing? aren't you confidence every year of your team? we understand losing Q is a huge lose... can he be replaced by 1 person? probably not... but that doesn't mean that what he done while he was here hasn't made others work harder to be like him and that the confidence hasn't spread to the community that supports the Pirates year in and year out... I think the main thing that Montana did for the Pirates was proof you don't have to be 6'3 260 lbs to be a force... Heart, Hard work and not laying down just because your told your to small, to slow and not strong enough.... his confidence and leadership has bleed throughout Pirate Nation... and I for one think we will do as well as we did last year... your right we won't have all his numbers tagged to just 1 person... but also there was 10 other young men on both sides of the football that helped him out.... and this years team will strive to keep what he has helped build going.... you can down us for being confident... Walking a safety down in a 50 defense would give you 8 in the box. And a 4-2-5 is basically a nickel version of the 4-3 which teams run to stop passing spread teams. Ozen lost most of there oline and Randle hasn't done anything on the Varsity level. He may be good but not the best in the district. I can assure you of that. [/quote] Hopkins is a great one cut, north and south RB. He's a beast! Sage didn't do much on Vidor's varsity and IMO couldn't carry Randle's cleats. The season will be here soon and we shall see.
