  1. LCM can't stop the run, Central can't stop running touchdowns! ;D CMMHS 49 LCM 17

  3. The final score is a little misleading. Central jumped out to like a 21 point lead and got complacent. That's what allowed Vidor to get back in the game.
  4. 1. Central 2. PNG 3. Vidor 4. Ozen Some teams recent success has clouded their memories, but I believe this is the season to have a flashback. ;D ;D ;D
  5. And you would be wrong. The Woodlands run away from Port Arthur from the start. This game will be over by half time.
  6. The Woodlands will destroy the holy trinity of Port Arthur. This game will be over by half time.
  7. Man I am so glad you celeared this up for me! I was so misguided in my beliefs! Obviously no matter haw good Vidor is they will be considered to be the underdogs! How STUPID of me! [move]NOT[/move] Vidor by 2 TDs I say it again! I have to agree with you........NOT! Vidor will be lucky to keep this game within 2TDs. Central 42 Vidor 10
  8. Central big, really big! Vidor did nothing to prepare themselves for the speed they are about to face. Central 42 Vidor 10
  9. Week 2 was brutal for me, but I'll bounce back this week. ;D
  10. I don't know what game you were watching, but Ike didn't turn off anything. Also West Brook is a younger team than Ike. The Bruins put forth a great effort but came up short. If we can cut down on the mental misstakes and blown assignments, this team will be pretty dang good. I think West Brook would be better defensively if they switched coach Jones to defensive coordinator. We need to attack more and blitz our linebackers.

  15. This is worse than the college polling system. West Brook takes a group of juniors and sophomores and beats argueably the best team in 20-4A and this dude puts Central and 2 other schools out of that district a head of them. Go figure. It's a good thing homers like you don't get a vote in any real polls. We got lucky against a real good Jaguar team, but y'all struggled with a winless Barbers Hill team huh? Oh wait, you put them in the poll to cover up the fact that Lumberton hasn't played anyone and doesn't deserve to be ranked! Good luck with the rest of your season. :
  16. Come on Vidor, lets not get besides our selves! Like Roy Jones says "y'all musta forgot" what West Brook use to do to Vidor in the old 22-5A. No way the Bruins lose to the Pirates. We would do what we have always done beat Vidor like a drum. Enjoy your TAPPS championship, but lets not go overboard with crazy post like this.

  18. Lucky? We ran off 9 in a row in the 90s and are up to 6 in a row in this decade. That sounds a lot like OWNING a team to me. LMAO ;D
  19. Didn't all the Central fans say the same thing last year after West Brook beat Ozen? We not Ozen, this Central y'all playing, the Bruins won't do that to us! And what happened 47-7 when we pulled our starters out. West Brook wins this game like they always do against Central. What is it 6 in row? We might as well add Central as a team that the Bruins own! ;D ;D ;D
  20. Ok Centralfinest!! Sounds like a post that silly Ozenfinest would put up! The Jaguar offense is not that good. And what many sets? They have two sets: 3 WR spread with a TE and the I-formation. They couldn't protect the QB in the spread so they went to the I-formation to run the ball. West Brook wins this game in business as usual. Do these look like the numbers of an offensive juggernaut? 1 2 3 4 Total Port Arthur Memorial 7 7 0 7 21 Beaumont Central 6 15 0 7 28 Scoring summary PAM -- Ronzell King 9-yard run ( kick), 6:35, 1st. 22. Their picks are based on how many returning starters are back, so not really that big of a shock. Everyone knows West Brook will be young this year.
  23. Cooper will get the start at RB for West Brook, but there are two underclassmen RBs that are very good backs. They will get plenty of chances cause I see coach Stump using a RB by committee approach this year.
  24. The home side of Durley Stadium is always full. Also BISD is going to one stadium which means one home game in Beaumont on Friday nights so more football fans to view the game instead of dividing the fans between two or sometimes three different games. Like I said earlier Beaumont will not have a problem filling the new stadium.
  25. Beaumont won't have any problems filling this stadium.
