  1. well mr hawk, dont we seem a little biased i guess all will play out in the end. im not gonna run my mouth i just cant wait to play ya'll
  2. correction Moss-2 Hargrove-1 Dobbins-1 Skinner-1
  3. well well well you know its funny... i remember some longorns talking a lot of smack during pre-season. well i guess the old saying actions speak louder than words definately comes into play here. congrats tigers!!! and congrats to Moss and Skinner for the two homeruns, and McDonald for a good game on the mound
  4. there are some great baseball teams in this district with the four headed monster in Jasper, Silsbee, H-J, and Bidge City. and Hamshire Fannett is lookin strong too. take your picks
  5. Ryan Hargrove has been the suprise player for the Tigers thus far. He had a rough season last year but worked really hard over the summer. He's playing better baseball than anyone in this district, that may be biased, but i call 'em how i see 'em. He's batting .560 and no errors. Blake Moss has also been a key player in the Tigers success so far, but that comes with no suprise at all.
  6. nicely said sqeeze silsbee is on fire at the moment and headin into district play with a full head of steam and a big plate of confidence GO TIGERS!!! shout out to my boys Grove Street, CT Homie, Big D-Red, BMoss, BCK, CDob, Bwall, Birdman, Kev-O, TK, Deer Reid, and superstar coach Todd Treezy and my maine man Mark Thiggy, and you cant forget the unforgetable Jason Kidd STATE BOUND BABY!!!
  7. thats a good question silsbee has the talent its just not coming out right now for some reason. they'll pull it together
  8. Silsbee returns six starters and twelve letterman all together. With Bird behind the plate, McDonald, Wolcott, and Skinner on the mound, the glove of Moss, Kelly, and Wolcott in the infield, the quick speed of Hargrove, DeRossette, McDonald in the outfield, mixed with the good bats of all the starters, the SHS baseball team looks more solid than ever before.
  9. well i tell you what, jasper played one of the toughest districts in the state last year and cruised through playoffs and dominated the state game, im not real sure how you can get much tougher than 21-3a
  10. nicely said i agree 100%
  11. hj bug huh? looks like them tigers learned how to finish a game after all ive been tellin all you hj fans that silsbee had it in them go tigers! all the way to state!
  12. HF is going to be good as well! why does everyone leave silsbee out of the predictions they have six returning starters and 12 returning letterman come on guys, lets get real they still aren't that good how exactly do you figure that mr. whizzie? whens the last time you saw silsbee play a game?
  13. HF is going to be good as well! why does everyone leave silsbee out of the predictions they have six returning starters and 12 returning letterman come on guys, lets get real well HF has 8 returning starters and 14 returning lettermen so you do the math well that means you guys have two more than us... the games were split last year so we'll see what happens this year
  14. they both graduated... but mcdonald and bird will be a big threat for other teams
  15. looks solid to me. looks like a good prediction to me gotta throw buna in for 2a
