Silsbee went up early with a TD from Cartwright and Raiders blocked their PAT. Raiders took the lead 8-6 midway through the 1st quarter. After Silsbee got the ball back Raiders came up with an INT. And now between the 1st and 2nd quarters we have a lightening delay
