Yep just got the news. All Scrimmages cancelled. It will not be made up.

JV and Freshman games for tomorrow have been cancelled. Varsity has moved up to 4pm and will be indoors. Fans will not be allowed inside due to lack of space.

7 on 7 is fun to watch, the kids love to play,and can be competitive. Just gotta remember its just good drills and practice for DB's, Receivers, Backs, and QB's. Most schools play alot of JV within the lineups for reps and to see how they perform. Good job for the Broncos having a good tournament and good luck in the 2018 season.

as I understand ... Sterling beats Channelview next week they are number three and 1st seed in D2 .. we needed our 13 point spread tonite to have a chance to make it as #4. with Channelviews upset..makes a 4 way tie for the bottom two places.. love 21-6a football...

Sterling D line and Linebackers did a great job. Secondary had some problems with the pass. The Offense just couldn't get going against their strong defense. Now they did place themselves in alot of yardage situations due to self inflicted penalties. 1st-20's and 1st-15's you cannot do against NS's defense and even alot 3rd -15's. The few times the offense started to move the ball and get some momentum they would get a penalty or fumble. Did see some promising new plays run by the offense. Hopefully we can start connecting on pass plays. Also forgot to update status on Modeste and Corbett. They will start game play at Homecoming in two weeks against GCM. They have been practicing.

It was an exciting game. Sorry I don't post during the game (bad mojo). Sterling is such a big play offense and that puts alot of work on the defense but the boys held strong. Hopefully we can get some more time on the field with the O and give the D a break. We cannot have them on the field that long against North Shore in two weeks. Several ejections tonite!

reliable source. if you look at my past posts all have been on the money. plus i saw them personally in pads at practice. Don't know about the GMC player. They have not practiced until the board gave the ruling. I know the coach had them under a strict contract with him for their personal off field and on field behavior. What the kids did was wrong and I do not condone what they did. Now saying that, all kids need a good role model and support system and Coach Sawyer brings that to the team and those kids. Hope that they learned what they can loose by wrong decisions. Official source response in forth coming. Wish all kids on both teams luck for a good healthy season. GO RANGERS side note GO BIG NED

yes they started back this week. Be nice to have Modeste size back in the back field to take some hits off Hill. Also having him back at DE is going to help out alot. Hopefully Corbett has improved on arm strength but he is quick on his feet.

School Board issued discipline on Corbett and Modeste. They are suspended from play till the North Shore Game 9/22. Looking forward to THE GAME Friday night. GO RANGERS !!!!

sterling struggled first half. Lots of blitzing by CL linebackers. Theyvsettlrd down after half time. Big catch by #12 Davis in 3rd quarter flipped the switch on for the offense. Liked what I saw in second half on both sides. Defense needs to tackle better. Lots of hits in backfield but allowed yards for gain after the hits. I'll watch film and post more later.
