They gave up 3 runs in all 3 games, so the pitching wasn’t too terrible. You will win a lot of games only giving up 3 runs. Texas is scrappy. They will be in a lot of close, low scoring games.

Both teams with big series wins this weekend. A&M dropped the 1st game then trailed the 2nd 7-2 after 7. They scored 5 in the 8th and 1 in the 9th for the walkoff win. Christian Roa dominated Vandy in game 3 for a convincing 7-0 win to take the series.

Klein likes to throw around the population of Nederland a lot, and even when corrected still doesn’t admit that NISD serves a lot more people than those that reside within the city limits. Parts of Bmt, PA, PN, and those with Nederland addresses that are out of the city limits also attend NISD. Hell, the Bug Man on Spurlock that you mentioned is not in the Nederland city limits. 17,547 was the population from the 2010 census done 9 years ago. I assume with all of the new Apartments, duplexes, and single family houses built this decade, that number will increase a good bit on next year’s census. Now add all of the people that live in Stonegate, Central Gardens, Highland North, Beauxart Gardens, Dominion Ranch, Stillwater, Greenhill, Minaldi Place and many other areas that reside in Nederland Independent School District. That is significantly more people that the numbers you and Klein like to throw out there.

Didn’t realize it was 4 games. Texas with 4 in the 9th. They love scoring in the late innings to win this season.

#12 Texas with another tough series this weekend at #6 Stanford. They definitely will play to toughest non conference schedule in the country this season. 2 wins this weekend would be huge #20 Texas A&M stays home to face Gonzaga. A&M is 13-2 on the year with all 15 games being started by left handers on the mound. The left handed arms for A&M are ridiculous this season.
