Baylor is one of the hottest teams in the country and I believe they have played themselves in by winning 20 of their last 23 games. On the opposite note, OK Lt has lost 9 out of their last 10 and will probably be watching from home. Texas’s RPI is down to 22 which is a stretch for a host. Let’s see how much the committee values a regular season conference title.

Ags choked away a win against #2 Florida in the 7th. 2 errors that would have ended the game, then bases loaded walks to tie and win the game. Brutal. Florida wins 5-4

Decent win tonight over the guy that will be drafted #1 overall in a few weeks. Ags advance to the semis with a 4-2 win over Auburn.

Texas swept TCU and won the Big 12 title outright. Okie Lt led the division by 3 games with 4 to play and went 0-4 while Texas went 4-0

3rd base was awarded since the runner wasn’t there when the obstruction occurred. To award another base it is up to the umpires discretion whether the obstruction cost the runner an extra base. No way you can watch that play and say the fake tag kept the runner from scoring. It should have been a warning with the next offense an ejection. The home plate ump 90’ away blew the call.
