Every one of those real estate seminars are scams. You hear the commercials all of the time on the radio with the famous people coming to Beaumont to teach you how to get rich in real estate. It's all a scam and not sure how they haven't all been sued out of business yet.

I've been trying to get a registered nurse to help me with my taxes for a few weeks now so I can get free stuff. I'm not terrified, but pretty close each time I look at what insurance cost these days.

He's still young and with his work ethic, he will improve passing each year. He's an elite runner now. The passing will come. He will be fun to watch for the next 2 years(for PNG fans anyways.)
