There is no real regulation so anyone can get it. My cousin lives in California and flys here often. She got it for her small dog to fly on her lap. She doesn't have to pay anything and the dog doesn't have to fly with the luggage and get thrown around. It doesn't bother me but people are definitely taking advantage of the system.

Would adding Houston help Texas recruiting? Highly rated Houston kids aren't going to UH now. Texas and A&M already get Houston kids. Adding UH could get some of the kids to stay home like TCU did in DFW. I would think it would hurt recruiting having another Power 5 team in the state.

I'm a big fan of the Olympics, but this is ridiculous. The athletes shouldn't have to risk their lives in order to compete. These smaller countries spend billions building basically a whole city for the Olympics that last less than 3 weeks. The venues are ghost towns once the games are over.
