Spoonbill your post are comical. Creduir, D. Davis, Luttrell, Ramsey, Stewart, Gatlin. Just a few names of coaches that moved on. So I would say they have lost some good men that were great coaches. My two cents and my opinion.

I don't think it is about intimidation, it is about doing what is best for the team. If a coach makes a decision on what he thinks is best for the team then that is what should take place, anything against that decision is a selfish individual act, that no teammate would respect. If this young man has an opportunity to play at the next level, his every move will be dictated, and if he doesn't fulfill those expectations he will be sent home and replaced with another guy that will do what is expected.

What has happened to Raider softball. Competed last year, cellar this year.

There is one coach I know with the same philosophy as the seventeen inch guy, and he needs to get back into coaching. He is great for kids and the sport.
