Good points, except I think Vidor and Nederland are pretty close defensively. Vidor’s only downfall is pass defense which hasn’t really been tested much this year. Next few weeks will tell the tale

Obviously this game is do or die for both teams. We lose we are out, Central loses there’s still a chance but it would be very very slim. last two years the losses to Central have been rough. Two years ago we lost in the last seconds on a jump ball, last year we were one block away on a 2 point conversion from winning. Congrats to Central for turning things around this year, I didn’t give them a chance last night but they pulled it off. Lets go Raiders! We need this win!!!

If we’re gonna compare qbs, it’s not wise to compare them in the same game when one is going against a MUCH better defense. Let’s compare them against common factors. Take Lumberton for example. Boy wonder tore us up, Jones not so much. against Nederland Jones didn’t do much either, how well will RJ do against Nederland? Time will tell.

I agree 110%. Poor coaching can hurt a team and good coaching can help a team, but in the end the players have to execute the gameplan no matter how good or bad it may be.

If PNG is struggling to tackle then Vidor will score more than 21. I just don’t think Vidor defense can hang with their pass attack though. If Vidor can slow the game down and play keep away then they have a pretty good chance at making this a close game and maybe coming out with a win. If it becomes a shootout then PNG takes it.

Correct, we would need to win out to have a chance. Not sure if winning out actually guarantees a spot though.

I may be wrong, but in that scenario it would go off of points, which Vidor should be top because of how bad they beat Central as opposed to how close the other head to head games were. Then I would assume since central beat Nederland they would be 4th spot. But I may be completely wrong lol
