If I was a Nederland Fan going to Texarkana on Friday, and had kids in school, I would take-off work & let them stay home. Leave early morning, stop & enjoy eating, walk around & then get to stadium early & well rested. It will be hard on kids to get up for school, get out on early release, make a rush trip, go to game, get home early Saturday morning & try to rest. Just sayin' Come on Bulldogs, show Texas High what the Golden Triangle teams are capable of doing!

Agree short passes would benefit us greatly. Throw from those run formations & force the defense to figure out what we will do next!

The ability to travel & the desire to travel are 2 different things. PNG fans love their football & will travel regardless. Other schools have fans that love their football teams, but do not have the ability, or finances to travel. Dallas fans will never have to worry about travel for the State Championship, regardless of their ability, or desire, to do so. Ain't that just wonderful for them. I am an advocate for all the teams that have excessive travel, for district games & especially a State Championship, if they are blessed enough to get there. That was my point!😁🏈 PNG HAS A SPECIAL SPIRIT, PASS IT ON!!!

I still show great concern for the fans of the other teams that will be there, that can't afford to travel, & will never be respected for their effort to watch their team at the State Championship games in person, instead of on TV. It's a shame the fans don't all live in the Dallas Area. Then the UIL would have respect for them coming to watch their team & thanking them after making the long, perilous 35 minute drive to get to the stadium.🏈 Blessings to all the boys in the football playoffs to be safe from injury.

Continue to happily swim through your own opinion, as noone else's opinion matters, as far as your concerned. I agree that the UIL will not pull the games away from AT&T. Of course we all know what great decisions the UIL makes. It is why my high school team, that is located in Southeast Texas, near the border of Louisiana, plays in the North Texas Region. Brilliant reasoning, and even more brilliant lack of caring for our fans to have to have excessive travel not only to just district games, much less, the state championship. God Bless you my Friend. Keep pulling for your team with gusto! I will keep supporting my team, and their fans, as well.

Not talking about teams getting ready for Dallas, but convenience for fans in the eastern part of the state. UIL knows that Dallas Fans will not travel the way some of the other regions fans will. So UIL logic dictates...poor Dallas Area Fans, there is no reason to make them travel, so let's punish all the teams whose fans who are willing to support their teams by traveling. Sure the fans would appreciate a short trip for their State Championship football game, but we don't have to care about them. Remember the fans are the reason schools can afford to have a high school football program. How about we take care of the fans, for a change, & rotate out the State Championship Games between Houston & Dallas.

Nederland must be able to score. The only chance they have is to match Texas High score for score. That being said, I will not be surprised if the Bulldogs find a way too hang in this one to the end. COME ON DOGGIES DO YOUR BEST!!!

We need to keep passing the football more. Not becoming so focused on the run. We will have to be able to pass well down the line in the playoffs. Defense has to double down. We do not need to get in a situation where we are having trouble stopping this Hallsville team from scoring. Score, score & score some more needs to be our motto going into the playoffs. 🏈 WHO ARE WE? PNG!!!

Nederland needs to get their team to Texarkana early. After a long drive they need to have time to stretch and get ready for the game. Tear em up Bulldogs!

Nederland has been very impressive this year. The Montgomery Bears game ought to be a well fought, great high school football game. Praying for no one on either side to have any injuries. Especially since both teams are playoff bound.

Indians by 30 over Dayton. We need to practice our passing & let our backups play once we secure the game.

It has been a bad year for referees all year long. For and against our team as well. Unfortunately referees are human, mistakes are made. As fans it will burn your butt when the call goes against you. As Christians we must forgive and move on. If life was perfect no high school football would ever be played. Remember, they are just boys playing a game, and boys make are sometimes going to make mistakes as well. Hoping the Bears, and the referees move forward with blessings of focus and peace.

Montgomery will run the ball against Nederland. Nederland speed keeps the game close. I'm thinking Bears by 1 score. Mistakes can turn this around, or make it worse. 🤔🏉

Then our offense needs to come up with some big plays to match!

My wife took a fall last night. Sha has been so excited to go to MCM tonight, but she must stay home for now. It is so sad to know she is going to be watching the game on TV. However, she told me she would whip my butt if I did'nt go pull those Indian Boys through to victory, in person. PURPLE PRIDE FROM SIDE TO SIDE!!!

Then the PNG pass rush & QB containment must execute well. This game will come down to turnovers and defensive stops. I'll take my Indians for the win.🏈

If both schools are able to create a running game, then Defensive Adjustments on the fly may be key to victory for this 2024 Edition of MCM. I am ready for Friday. This one should be a dandy of a game! Pray for great practices for both teams. Indians, or Bulldogs we are all God's Children and should pray for an injury free game.🏈
