At 9am this morning tickets went on sale to the PNG Season Ticket Holders for Mid County Madness. At 11:40am the entire reserved seat side was sold out. Student tickets are on sale at schools for that small section. Indian Fans are ramping up early for MCM. We just have a different Green & Gold Indian team to take care of before we see those Dogs!🏈😁

We need to execute, execute, execute perfectly every play. Anyone can beat you at anytime. This PNG team is capable of a much higher level of offensive excellence. I believe that the Purple Indian team will keep improving. Defense seems ready for anything. Offense needs a dominant performance over Santa Fe prior to Mid-County Madness. SIMPLE AS THAT!!!🏈

I truly believe that this may be the most confrontational game of the season. PNG to keep their perfect district win record & Dayton to win to stay in playoff seed contention. The Indians will need to be a lot sharper this week to win. PNG Offense needs to roll. Defense play like you are capable and we will be fine. I always love playing the Broncos. Game Plan is key for the Indians. PNG must find ways to score. They will not shut down Marshall, but a few stops & we can hang close. This will be a great game. Praying that Shea is back & we can use him all over the field. We will need quick, fast plays to move the ball. That Big Indian Offensive Line needs to do some serious run blocking for PNG to have the chance to win!🏈

Indians should always play local talent in the pre-season. It allows the players to prepare for quality football teams without the worry of long travel prior to the game. This said, I will always support our Indians playing the Beaumont schools. You are more than welcome to "The Reservation" on Friday night. Great game for both teams. I am truly excited for this one. If you could get all that land around the old Don Drive-In you would have room for a huge stadium with plenty of parking. I guess we are just dreaming. The cost would be astronomical.

I always hydrate, but somebody at Memorial needs to be thinking and realize they are going to need thousands on bottles of water available. I will even drink hot water as long as they do not run out of water.😃 You are right they should have changed the sides up. Obviously someone at Memorial was not thinking on that decision!

Athletes can make the difference in a ballgame, but execution is the key to winning. PNG was out "athleted" 😉to death by Fort Bend Marshall last year. Athletes made the difference in the first game for a Marshall win, that and 100 degree heat. Execution of the game plan won PNG that playoff game. I will not pick a winner in this match-up. I just can't wait to see the two teams play. See you in August my friends.👍

PNG / Nederland: 57 of 58 times they have played since I was born: Always amazing, or at least interesting Silsbee / Jasper: Brutal Rivalry: Very Physical Game Always. Side Note: When I was a kid & teenager PNG vs. TJ was the big rivalry. We use to say if you beat Nederland, it's a good year, but if you beat TJ it's a great year!

Feeling good about PNG Football right now. From what I have seen starting the year to now, this team has peaked at the State Championship game. There will be a mass of people at this game.
