I suppose that's where talent and coaching clash. Some say talent gets your far some say it's the coaching, hindsight is 20/20 on that. The talent made the comeback but the coaching stopped the momentum, or that's how it seems I wasn't there just going off your post. JM is known for some trick plays, he's got a few in his hat. When the stakes are high vidor plays hard.

PAM PNG Vidor Central I know it's early but that didn't stop some from predicting the DC correctly at the beginning of the season! How many rounds y'all think? This reflects the playoffs since 2010. The highest so far of teams currently in the playoffs excluding PAM: 3rd round, PNG 2010, Vidor 2011 round to beat to claim a new district best- 4th round, Nederland 2012 Lets hope for a deep 22-5A run this year! One game at a time is the focus point *if central has reached a round higher than 2nd please correct me * sorry PAM fans I'm not counting yalls past in this cause of the new classification, so I'll say PAM 2011 I remember went a long long way can't remember how deep if any mistakes please chime in and correct

Why don't they arrange Orange County maddness? WOS vs Vidor, I'm sure we could arrange some paperwork saying that WOS accepts being the smaller school in the game and can't use that as an excuse lol (sarcasm)

Only thing that makes me sick is knowing Nederland was the only chance of the 4th spot making it to the second round.

Believe I considered those except that last one,many many things could have prevented Nederland current state, (not having mayfield leave,no for forfeit) I mean let's not get out of hand here lol those coaches haven't made a 33-0 run or 5 DCs or coach a team that held the #4 rank in state. Playoffs was always a given, better question is....how would have those coaches fared with all the same issues their way? Would they have won out till the end? Or shorted their season a long time ago if they had a forfeit early in their season? All speculation of course but for once it's us on the outside looking in. Only thing going for us is some teams are still riding 6 year losing streaks to us....I think you can name one

Thoughts on next year? I hope after the politics are settled and we have our QB back and hopefully stay injury free we will back in the usual mix of things, had a lot thrown at us this year, it's hard to make it to the playoffs with a forfeit and injuries, but we tried. Good luck to the remaining 22-5A teams! Oh and just food for thought....since we got in trouble for the "ineligible (he still attends Nederland and plays on the JV but whatever)" player.....how much trouble would we get in for having LN sneak over the central and coach them in the first round? Kidding, congrats to the tri district champs! Y'all all worked hard for the trophie (or trophies) bring the brooms for next week!!! This bulldog is behind all of y'all!
