We getting the laundry done before half?? Geez -
Nederland needs to sit down and look at its self in the mirror and face reality, truth is none of the guys want to play for a certain coach (JS) so they quit as we saw last year, mostly senior level players were gone. I think its the same this year, also the coaching (play calling) hasn't been the best. Nederland had talent over the LN era but how many times did we hear the words "the other team is faster and stronger but they are simply getting out coached?" we heard it time after time cause LN was a boss of a coach. That's gone and I feel because MB was under LN for so long the administration felt he was gonna follow in his path and that hasn't been the case. At some point....the booster and the sponsors who donate are going to want answers and Nederland being a bottom district team isn't gonna fly. A programs future is only one bad leadership decision away. That's my two pennies at least

PNG should move on to the next round. The realignment helped a ton, I always felt we got the short end of the stick playing the next years 6A team. Now it's a clearer shot to the end. -

Titans went in cruise control after that pick and had to take it off. They should make a run to the 3rd round though easy if they keep that run game strong -

Idk if this kinda pass coverage is gonna fly in the 2nd round. That was one play from being interesting. -

At a minimum we were competitive. Can’t say that atm. How many times were the Ned players not able to physically compete with other teams and Ned would hang in the game just cause simply the other team was getting out coached? That’s not the case anymore. Hope it turns around. -

Many other names I could use, but yeah I didn’t hear a single standout name this year. Hopefully it’s just a once in 20 year season thing this year -

Glad this nightmare of a season is over. Hope we don’t become a Navasota or a Lamarque. Hopefully not as we have a lot of support but this season was the worst Iv seen since I started following in 2005. Not always the top but at least competitive and we weren’t even that. Has our “stud” luck run out? The one name who carried us, the Mosleys, Krautz, Kimlers and Seays? Hope not.
