Over the last 10 years, there is only 1 possibly 2 teams to get that "advantage". So again, how as Aggie benefited, other than through the socialist revenue system? How have they been given the "benefit of the doubt", in terms of on the field advantages? Or really any other teams than the two at the top? If it were not for Alabama, the SEC would be just like every other conference. So the SEC can ride the Bama wave as long as they can. It is like a tell Mack, your brother being a bad arse does not make you one. Many of the schools in the SEC are the midget walking around with their chest out because they know big brother can whip anybody who messes with them.

I personally, am good with it. If you think about the last couple years, ISIS has not been in the news. It appears that they have actually been "defeated". However, when one Islamic terrorist group falls, another one arises. That will be a revolving door and has been for decades. I am sure Democrats will find a way to tie it to Russia and make it into a conspiracy. "Well Trump left Syria because Russia wanted him to"....Hard to imagine something being negative about thousands of US troops getting to come home. Mission Accomplished.

Yeah they had a good year, but was playing way above expectations. They have been down for a few years. The transfer QB helped, but they were not the LSU of old.

That is circumstantial. Texas has not been good for several years, including those Baylor and TCU years. If Baylor or TCU would have had a #8 Texas win on their records instead of #65 Texas they would have had a much stronger argument, and most likely would have gotten in. If Alabama a goes through one of the droughts Texas has been through/still sort of in, the SEC won't be as highly regarded either. LSU has been down, Aggie down, Florida way down, South Carolina wasn't good this year, Auburn was bad...what saved the SEC? Alabama and Georgia.

But again, who did it help? It would have helped Bama and almost helped Georgia. The rest don't benefit from that. Conference strength only helps the 1-loss SEC team. That usually is only Alabama, sometimes Georgia. UCF is a poor example, they are basically a mid-major whose only marquee win is against an SEC team. Any of the power 5 schools go undefeated, they get in.

I appreciate that. There are very few Aggies that can have logical conversations with anybody who disagrees with them. They are alot like "Cowboy fan" or Liberals. Good debate.
