  1. McCullers. Expect Peacock out of the pen first. Also, Kuechel will make an appearance. God, anybody but Giles.
  2. This district is definitely the upside. This district is nothing compared to PAM, Nederland, PNG, Vidor, at least not year in and year out.
  3. If I were him, the HR I just hit would have been enough for me.
  4. Back to the topic, what Gurriel did was wrong. He should have been suspended. He was suspended, moving on.
  5. When people are walking around looking for a reason.....they can find one almost anywhere.
  6. HAHA you ain't lying. That would be a tough break for those guys. Should have talked some parents into "un-enrolling" for a week vacation.
  7. Any idea of where they will land?
  8. Get back here Mack and concede the Strength of Schedule debate to me HAHA. Texas #4, Aggie #37..
  9. I saw where the "projected number" was 1125. Y'all will either be the biggest 4A in the state, or the smallest 5A. What a crazy situation to be in.
  10. Now Hoops, over the last several days, I feel like we have developed a certain semblance of a friendshhip. One of your "sources" is titled "Fool". They can't really be taken all that serious, at least in terms as a useful reference. After reading it, it also gives some excuses or shady explanations of why Obama's numbers are what they are. Doesn't that article seem a little, dare I say, biased to you? Lol
  11. I guess the actual strength of schedule rankings (Texas #4 vs Aggie #37) ended our debate.
  12. Man, that is "Remaining Strength of Schedule". Texas already played Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and USC that is not being factored in. See a more accurate ranking system that ranks the schedule for the year, up to the date. Check my link above and tell me about it. Texas #4 Toughest schedule in the country to Aggie #37...SMH.
  13. If that Hightower # is accurate they will be dropping for sure.
  14. What are you looking at? What I am reading has Texas #4 and Aggie #37 [Hidden Content]
  15. According to this Lumberton would be the big move of the day. Dropping to 4A-D1
  16. Where in the Hell are you at UT Fanatic and Hoops, I am sitting here defending your honor against the Cult that is Aggieland, and there is not a Longhorn in sight....HAHA I kid.
  17. Incorrect, he didn't cost "me" anything. I am not a player, coach, or invested fan. But, That True Freshman was the reason THEY were even in OT. He started slow, as it was his first start, but was tremendous in the 2nd half of that USC game...on the road...in the Coliseum...against a program like that....took some balls. The Oklahoma State OT gaffe was confusing. I still do not know what he was trying to do there. You can try to knock the QB and Herman all you want, Aggie would buy out Sumlin, bench THEIR guy, and happily have both those guys over in Austin, and we both know it. I can tell by your responses you have an overwhelming bias. I expect that, because you are an Aggie Alumni or fanatic. I support you, supporting your team. But c'mon. You can not honestly believe Aggie is in a better spot for the future than Texas.
  18. I guess.. We will get an accurate gauge on South Carolina in two weeks when they play Georgia or a month when they play Clemson. He has found a "True Freshman QB" that needs to improve, but has shown the intangibles, in "big" games to be a very good college QB. They are doing more than "not getting blown out". But, your Aggie bias can skew that either way you want. The road game at USC was the first turning point, in my opinion. They looked like they belonged on the bigger stage against USC, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State. I don' t think they are better than those teams, yet, but very much belonged. They all but gave away the USC and Oklahoma State games in OT. The defense is light years ahead of what they were last year, and Herman's recruiting will only add to that notion. USC, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State are all better than any team not Alabama that Aggie has played. Lastly, the "eye test" is a powerful thing, but you can't let your opinion be blurred by fandom. I am not a "fan" of either school. I just have watched both teams, play multiple games, and think Texas is going up, and Aggie is staying mediocre or getting worse. Question, where do they go after Sumlin? Or should he stay?
  19. My opinion is, Nichols State and Louisiana Lafayette are both stat fillers. Florida is absolutely terrible this year and South Carolina is significantly down. Arkansas is average, in my opinion. Arkansas is probably their best win on the schedule. Typically you would look at the South Carolina win and maybe the Florida win and be happy, but that is not the case this year. They barely escaped a Florida team that could be the worst team the Gators have filled in 2 decades. South Carolina is way down as they could barely beat LA Tech. It is nothing personal. IMO, Aggie has not beat anybody at all, and the two "big wins" they have are against two down teams, and they barely escaped those game. Not to mention the coaching situation. Who knows where they go after Sumlin. There are alot more questions than answers about the future of Aggie football in my opinion.
  20. I am not discounting what anybody is doing. Especially Newton. I don't believe they would beat WB, don't think it would be close, but if you read back a few pages I acknowledged that WB should have been dropped and had no problem with the rankings.
