  1. Allthose things that Panama says happened - happened... But overall PAM had a goodgame plan and outplayed Lee for about 7/8ths of the game. But when Lee returned that fumble the momentum switched tremndously and PAM played from then on out like it was just destiny for them to lose... I sat with PATITAN and Panama... Really nice guys...
  2. I'll be at Stallworth watching Lee-PAM. Should be a good game. Anyone looking for a game should come check out Stallworth Stadium. Built in 1970 for $1 million and still (with the recent upgrades) one of the best high school stadiums around. Weather-wise it should be a picture-perfect night for high school football and it is Lee's homecoming. I usually sit with Panama Myers on the visitors side so we'll probably even get to meet our old antagonist PATITAN. PATITAN - I'm calling a truce right now. If you sit with or by us we won't rag you if Lee is winning if you won't rag us if PAM is. We can save it for the next day on the boards!!! Stallworth Stadium from Golden Triangle area - Take I-10 East, exit Sjolander, turn left - can't miss it.
  3. Best I've seen this year.
  4. I wasn't counting the 7 points from the kickoff return against the defense.
  5. Westbrook is just good. Overall one of the top 3 or 4 teams in Region III. On defense they have a solid front 4 and good linebackers. Their secondary looked vulnerable but Lee's receivers made some fantastic plays. They all hit as hard as I've seen any team hit in the last 4 years of watching. As bad as this sounds, they may be better with just the one RB as he is considered one of the best JR RBs in the state and should be. Their passing game was simple enough, but with the running ability of their QB and RB they give themselves alot of one-on-one in the secondary. 31 points, but I was still impressed with Lee's defense. Even with of West Brook's weapons, Lee's defense contained them on most plays. Game should have been closer. Seems as though everyone plays their best game against Lee. West Brook had very few meaningful penalties and one turnover on a hail mary pass at the end of the half. A few breaks and maybe things go differently? If Lee plays the same the rest of the year it will result in all wins and probably the top Div2 spot from 21-5A. Game had little significance as far as the playoffs are concerned. Westbrook has a good chance of making the Regional final. Oh, and at least Lee was able to get by Kingwood. PAM fans should be suspended from ANY board until that is rectified. They embarrassed the entire Triangle. ;D
  6. PATITAN - Lee hasn't been eliminated yet... I agree that PATITAN is raucous. But at least he's an Equal Opportunity Offender. I've actually come to like him... He grows on you. Doesn't mean I think ANYTHING he says is valid, just means he's become amusing to me... You know, every community has and needs a "village idiot". They are a reminder to everyone else that no matter how bad things are for you, it could always be worse... PATITAN is our village idiot. Embrace him for it! ;D
  7. You've got to be kidding BigHam... I ain't going NO backway to anywhere in Beaumont! I was born at night, but not last night! LOL j/k. Will PATITAN be there? If so, I'm going to make it a point to say "hi"... Shouldn't have any prob finding him, he'll be the one in the clown suit, right?
  8. What stadium is the game at?
  9. This is your response right after someone posted that Lee lost Jarvis Moore to injury for the season. Again, anyone that predicts injuries and then reminds everyone that they did when one happens is stinky trash... Get a clue.
  10. PATITAN - You are such a piece of garbage... First, before the season you predict Lee will have some terrible injury, which makes you garbage. Then when it happens you come around and GLOAT about how you called it. That makes you MAGGOTY garbage. Just so you feel even better; after the injury last night the hurt kid, who was counting on a scholarship so he could go to college, laid on the sideline and cried because of the actual pain and the pain of knowing that his chances to get that free education had been greatly diminished. He also has to spend several days in the hospital because his break was so severe. Nice call. At LEAST you're getting some satisfaction from his terrible misfortune...
  11. Man, that hurricane came upon you guys so fast. I hope everybody weathered it okay. Only bright spot is that it moved through quick as opposed to stalling over the area. Will say a prayer for the Golden Triangle area. Hope everything gets back to normal as quickly as possible.
  12. ROFLMAO! A LIKELY STORY! No, what's happened is some higher ups in BISD have read about the A/C shenanigans right here on SETX and inquired about what went on... I must admit, the ole "we only had the A/C on in the trainers room" story was some pretty quick thinking!!!! ;D
  13. I don't believe that. From what I understand about the conditions in the locker room Friday night and Saturday there's no way Central stayed in that locker room during the entire rain delay Friday, or during halftime on Saturday without A/C. Believe what you want. I don't. There's a "central" A/C unit right outside the home locker room and Lee players heard it running. You believe they started the season without it working? Buwahaahaa!
  14. And we won't stoop to your level by cutting the A/C! ;D
